Assurez votre séjour de rêve sur la côte d'azur avec cette charmante maisonette de 2 pieces (50m2) et jardin (100m2) offrant une vue mer panormique sur la baie de Cagnes sur mer. Idéal pour un couple ou petite famille, elle est situé sur la colline du Haut de Cagnes, à quelques minutes à pied du village médieval, son château, ses restaurants et à 5 mn des plages et du centre ville. Le logement se compose d'un magnifique jardin privatif au calme avec vue mer où vous pouvez profitez de vos repas, une salle à manger avec cuisine américaine entiérement équipée, fenêtre et porte donnant sur jardin, la chambre vue mer avec parquet au sol, est trés ensoleillée (18m2) qui comprend un lit double, un lit simple, une TV, un bureau et de nombreux rangements. Puis votre salle de douche.
Vous serez en toute indépendance dans ce cadre idyllique proche de tous commerces et transport.
Accés: plages, le centre ville, et le Domaine Renoir sont à 3mn soit par voiture, soit par navette gratuite (toutes les 15 mn) avec arrêt en face du logement. Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Juan les pins et Cannes accessibles à partir du centre ville par trains ou bus. St Paul de Vence à 5 mn en voiture. Aéroport de Nice à 12 minutes par voiture ou bus. Parking sur place exceptionel pour le Haut de Cagnes, possible sous réservation préalable.
Vous serez personellement acceuillis par votre hôte à votre arrivée.

Relaxing holiday

We had a lovely holiday in this quaint appartment. The apartment is well furnished and has all we needed for our holiday. The garden is so beautiful. The deck was great for setting and taking in the great view. The location couldn’t be better easy access to the restaurants in Haut-de-Cagnes and the bus stop right outside. Monique and Willy were so helpful to us they could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. They are truly wonderful hosts and we look forward to seeing them again and staying in their lovely property.

Encore merci à Mme et Mr Forstner de leur accueil.. Nous avons pu échanger à de nombreuses reprises sur des sujets très divers. En live. Rien de tel🙂. We had a great stay. Folk art galore. Lucked out with the weather as the deck is great for breakfast. Well equipped kitchen and the tea, coffee and sugar was really appreciated! Thanks Willy!

Agréable séjour

Une très belle petite maison avec une décoration très originale. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Elle est idéalement situé pour visiter à pied ou en navettes les sites incontournables de l'endroit. Une belle vue depuis la terrasse du matin au soir. Les propriétaires sont très mignons et accueillants…

Un séjour très agréable dans un lieu original et reposant

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréable dans cette location très originale par sa décoration extérieure et son emplacement. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et rendant service. L'emplacement de la location invite à la détente, au repos, à s'instruire et apprécier chaque instant. L'emplacement est bien situé et en proximité de lieux touristiques.

Logement et habitant très agréable

Le studio a une magnifique vue sur la ville de Cagnes, le propriétaire est très soucieux de ses hôtes, le jardin extérieur permet de s'évader complètement.
