Perfekte Ferienwohnung für einen entspannten Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen absolut wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung und können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Schon beim Betreten fühlten wir uns sofort wohl, denn die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten und komfortablen Urlaub braucht.Besonders hervorzuheben ist die exzellente Klimatisierung, die an heißen Tagen für eine angenehme Kühle sorgte – einfach herrlich! Auch die Geräte in der Wohnung funktionierten einwandfrei, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehter machte.Ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist der sichere Parkplatz im Innenhof des Wohnblocks. Das ist in dieser Gegend Gold wert und erspart viel Stress bei der Parkplatzsuche.Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach genial! Der Strand ist fußläufig in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar, was für spontane Badeausflüge ideal ist. Und wer das pulsierende Stadtleben sucht: Das Zentrum von Nizza ist mit dem Auto in nur 15-20 Minuten Fahrtzeit bequem zu erreichen.Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle geräumige Wohnung

Wir haben 18 Tage dort verbracht. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, kleinere Geschäfte in direkter Umgebung. Der Strand ist keine 5 Minuten Fußmarsch entfernt. bei Problemen wird schnell geholfen. Parkplatz im Innenhof. Alles sehr nette Menschen dort, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Appartamento molto comodo, al quarto piano di un edificio a 300 mt dalla spiaggia di Cros de Cagnes. Pulito, ben attrezzato e luminoso. Affabile disponibile e cordiale il proprietario Alain. Our long vacation

We rented this apartment for 3 months, from March to May 1922. It's very good for a couple or small family, with plenty of space for your clothing and suitcases storage. The kitchen has pretty much all that is needed for your stay. There is a large shower room and a separate toillete. Mr Lamaitre is an excellent host and will do all he can to make your stay very pleasant. Thank you Mr. Lamaitre.

Superbe Adresse

Nous avonss tout simplement adoré cette adresse! Mr Le Maître est extrêmement agréable et accueillant, la communication avant et pendant le séjour a été très fluide. Et l'acceuil a été tout simplement parfait. L'appartement est quand a lui fidèle au descriptif, spacieux, propre et très fonctionnel. Il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires au quotidien, voir plus. L'emplacement est très bien, il nous offre un accès aux plages à moins de 10 mn a pied. Un grand merci à Mr Le Maitre!!

L'appartement est bien comme décrit dans l'annonce, idéalement situé avec tous les commerces à proximité et la plage à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Un petit manque de vaisselle et le bruit des motos dans une rue bruyante sont les seuls côtés négatifs.

Sehr zentral gelegene geräumige gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Hat sich auf Anfrage sofort um ein Babybett gekümmert. Konnte uns auch noch einen kostenfreien 2. Parkplatz besorgen. Der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind alle in der Nähe und leicht zu erreichen.Wohnung ist auf jedenfall empfehlenswert.

Schöne Wohnung an belebter Straße

Wir (5 junge Frauen) hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Wer allerdings Ruhe sucht, ist hier nicht richtig...die Wohnung liegt im 4. OG an einer vielbefahrenen Straße. Dafür gibt es einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Bäcker, Carrefour...) und der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (ca. 7 Minuten). Außerdem sind zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe, da ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei...Kurz: wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Quelle joie de faire affaire avec un propriétaire aussi gentil et accommodant ! Grand appartement très lumineux et très propre. Équipement, literie et lieux de grande qualité. Très bien situé entre Cannes et Nice dans une charmante petite ville. Tout est à proximité, épiceries, boucherie, traiteurs, mer, etc... Voiture en lieu sécurité. Une location exceptionnelle!
