Le studio est au TOP ! Et je peux vous dire que même notre fille habitante à Nice a eu une bonne impression ! Il est spacieux, clair, au calme et très bien situé près de la mer ! Et nous étions très enchantés de notre séjour dans cette location. Donc nous y reviendrons.

Appartement conforme au descriptif, très agréable, fonctionnel ; je peux le recommander à mes amis. Lorsqu'on traverse l'avenue on a les pieds dans l'eau. Stéphanie la propriétaire est SUPER et de bons conseils. Nous avons pu aller au Carnaval en bus. Certains diront qu'il n'y a pas de parking, mais on se débrouille toujours. On peut même se garer gratuitement de 18h à 9h sur cette avenue ou à côté de l'école à 100 mètres.

Vraiment magnifique comme le titre! La propriétaire Stéphanie était au petit soin avec nous et nous la remercions pour toute sa gentillesse !! La petite maison était très propre est lumineuse et aussi parfaitement situé a 20 mètres de la plage , tout est a proximité , la promenade au bord de mer avec ( restaurants , boulangerie , poste , pharmacie ect... ) vraiment TOP !!! Je vous recommande cette charmante maison sans hésiter .

Stephanie est une personne adorable et unique!!! :) La maison c'est très très propre et bien rangé!!! L'endroit est parfait, à quelques pas de la mer, de la cité et de l'aéroport de Nice!! 5 minutes pour aller à Antibes et 10 minutes pour aller à Cannes dans l'autoroute! Il y a beaucoup des choses à faire en côte d'Azur, pour les petits et les grands! Stephanie à bientôt!! Bisous :)

Intérieur clair et confortable, terrasse donnant sur petite rue et juste la route à traverser pour faire un saut à la plage. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire des lieux. Abstraction faite du bruit des voitures et de l'odeur de cuisine du restaurant mitoyen, nous avons trouvé cette location sympa pour une petite escapade de quelques jours.
