Great Location!

We were extremely happy with the location. The community was very nice and quiet. Walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants! The apartment was very nice and clean. Anne was great and had excellent notes for places to visit.

Amazing rental

The apartment was gorgeous. Close to airport, beaches, restaurants and shopping. Having a dedicated parking spot was great but if you don’t have a car everything is close and Ubers are plentiful. Can’t wait to return

Perfect apartment for a short or long stay.

We stayed in Anne’s apartment for a week and were truly satisfied. The place was very clean and had all the required equipment. As a cherry on a top it could have been a dryer for the clothes but we managed without it as it was still warm and enough sun to dry the clothes on the terace. Apartment located 5 min walk to the closest beach. It is not the best beach but sufficient. There are plenty of beautiful beaches all around within a short drive. Nice old town was also just a short drive away. There are few small shops and bakeries within a walking distance. The apartment has comfortable double bed and even sofa bed was comfortable to sleep as it is usually really not. Kitchen has all required and even more. The bathroom absolutely needs a shower wall or curtain as the water goes all on the floor every time while showering. Water pressure is good and water is hot. The apartment is not on a busy street and all windows overlooking inside court so no noise from the cars. The only thing we noticed if you sleep in the living room that there is a lot of noise in the morning from the neighbours in the corridor, as outside door is very fin or badly isolated. Few thing to take in consideration before booking. 1. Check in time is really late - 17 o’clock. Anne let us in at 16.30 but it is still late in normal standarts. Check out time is very early - 10 o’clock. The linens and towels ARE NOT INCLUDED in the price . It is additional 100 eur.

Ein herrlicher Urlaub

Wir haben für 10 Tage eine wunderschöne Zeit in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und sauber. Die Gastgeberin Anne hat sich viel Zeit für uns bei der Anreise genommen und uns gute Reisetipps gegeben. Wir haben die Nähe zu Nizza, dem Meer und den Lokalitäten sehr geschätzt. Gerne wieder!

Que du bonheur proche des plages

Le logement est très lumineux, spacieux, confortable et on ne peux plus proche des plages. Un grand balcon complète le tout. Plages et restaurants à 5 minutes à pied ! Le gros atout est la place de parking privative et sécurisée. Enfin, Anne est un hôte très sympathique et accueillant et disponible.

Wir waren rundrum zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Terrasse ist sogar windgeschützt. Alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Das Auto steht überdacht und abgesichert. Sehr ruhige Wohnung und vom Straßenlärm geschützt. Die Anlage ist mit einem Chip gesichert. Die kleine Epesserie hat super Croissants und das beste Baquette. Der kleine Sparladen den Berg hoch hat alles was man benötigt und ist auch nicht vielteurer als der Supermarkt auf der Wiese. Der Strand ist 5min entfernt. Im Yachthaben gibt es Restaurants und Bars. nachsagend sur mer sind es 15min zu Fuß.

Entspannt, super gelegen und nah am Meer

Wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, schöne Wohnung und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir haben ab und an gekocht und Wäsche gewaschen. Anne hat alles vorbereitet wo man hingehen kann zum Essen, was man anschauen könnte und hat sich rührend um uns gesorgt. Ein sehr großes Plus ist der Parkplatz und alles ist picobello in Schuss und sauber. Je nach Wind kann man die Straße hören aber es ist alles verglast und man kann es zumachen. was besonders angenehm ist zum Schlafen. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die wie aber gar nicht gebraucht haben. Zum Meer geht es über die Hauptstraße in ca. 5-7 Minuten. Achtung: Schuhe für Steine und Kies sind erforderlich. Tolle kleine Restaurants direkt im kleinen Hafen für sehe gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Man kann Fahrräder mieten (nicht wirklich toll, da echte Krücken), aber Bus ist easy (Haltestelle um die Ecke) und Escooter auch. Über alle gibt es Fahrradwege. Die Wohnung liegt daher super, um alles Sehenswerte zu besuchen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke für eine tolle Zeit.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Diese ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine) und es fehlte an nichts (Gewürze, Spüli, Tee etc.). Überdachter und sicherer Parkplatz. Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, vor der Haustür gibt es einen kleinen Laden wo man frische Croissants und Baguette kaufen kann. Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Der Kontakt zu Anne war sehr freundlich und die Fragen wurden immer schnell beantwortet. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Einfach sehr gut. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gern weiter. Besondere Merkmale waren die Nähe zum Strand, Helligkeit und Ruhe in der Wohnung. Klimaanlage funktionierte bestens. Unser Auto hatte einen schattigen Stellplatz. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin in Empfang genommen.

Ideal for us!

Our time here was ideal. We were in the region for work and needed a place with good wifi and parking. The bonus for us is that we could walk easily to the sea and to restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean, and near to public transportation. Next time we are in the region, we will be checking here first!
