Great apartment by the sea

The views from the terrace are spectacular. The tram is right behind the apartment and plenty of food and stores within a short walk. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful location! That is the big reason for staying here. Quiet at night, beach view and access. The tram just out back and bakery/groceries/restaurants at your doorstep. The check in was bumpy with VRBO sending different information than host and the bathroom could have used a little more attention but at this price with this location, it didn’t bother us.

Vacation in Nice

This was an absolute gem. A few steps from both trolly and bus lines along the promenade. It also had easy access to the beach. In spite of it being closer to the airport, we found it to be very quiet and slept well. We also really loved the balcony and watching the sea. I can highly recommend it.

Great place to stay in Nice!

The property was amazing! It was right in the water and very close to the tram lines which made it very easy getting to and from the airport. The host is amazing and was very accommodating allowing us to drop our luggage early so we could explore the area. It was a great place to stay!

The property was beautiful and an amazing location looking over the Mediterranean Sea. However the stay would have been perfect with little touches such as more than 1.5 toilet rolls, coffee pods for the machine and more comfortable mattresses on the beds in both bedrooms. It is the little things that make the renter feel valued

The location is great, just minutes from the airport, complete view of the beach/water. Just walk across the street and you’re in it! Large condo/apartment plenty of room. Super cool that the bathroom floor is heated! Little market just minutes a walk away. Bus line right in the front to take you down to the main area.Super great place!!

Gorgeous view of the beach, kitchen well equipped with coffee maker, dishes, microwave and toaster. Air conditioner worked well. Thierry always very responsive and I would definitely consider staying here again.

We absolutely loved the view from the balcony of this apartment! It was also clean enough and provided ample space for our family of seven, which was a huge benefit. We all slept soundly and enjoyed our time here. The only hiccup we experienced was upon arrival, as the instructions appeared to be outdated. However, the host was incredibly quick to respond and help us sort it out. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the spaciousness and the beautiful view.

The apartment had a lovely view and Thierry gave very clear instructions on how to access the property. We had to buy our own toilet paper & trash bags as there were no extras in the property. Additionally, some of the sheets in the 2nd bedroom appeared to have not been washed in some time & there were no additional towels either. We also struggled with water pressure in the shower. These things aside, the property has a gorgeous view of the Med, is close to a market, the tram, and various restaurants.

I am sorry that you did not appreciate (like 99% of other tenants) the charms of the flat. It's a shame you didn't find the toilet paper supply with the bags and other towels. If you had asked me, I would have told you where to find them (under the sinks in the wicker basket). I am surprised by your toilet paper consumption (4 rolls in 5 days!!!!). Did you forget that I brought you 6 rolls the evening I received your SOS in the morning? As for the water pressure in the shower, it is controlled by a small button (eco-friendly economiser) located on top of the shower head. (The vast majority of tenants find it spontaneously). No doubt a problem of understanding French products (just as the drum washing machine is regarded as a UFO by Anglo-Saxons...). Never hesitate to ask for information when you have a problem understanding something in general. That said, I wish you pleasant stays in future and ask for help if you need it.

Great apartment location and space.

This apartment had plenty of space for our family of four to spread out. The view was amazing and so convenient to take the elevator down and have a swim in the sea. It was close to restaurants and grocery and the tram was right behind the building so we could get to the rest of Nice and the riviera. Would recommend.

Apartment is definitely in need of updating. The view is terrific. The location is very good, right on the tram line and bus routes. The on-site parking is almost impossible unless you have an extremely tiny car.

Great Nice views!

This property offers great views on the promenade of Nice. This tram is right behind the building for easy access to the airport and downtown Nice! The kitchen is very small but adequate. The inside of the property is dated. There are several accommodations for families with small children.

"We enjoyed our stay in Nice. The apartment was very nice and the view from both sides of the house fantastic. Day and night amazing! The apartment was fully equiped, a lot of space and everything that was promissed was there. The owner was very helpfull and for us everything was more than pleasant. If we ever come back to Nice, we are sure to rent this apartment again. We wouldn't think of going elsewere. It was great."

Just what we needed

Although it's not walking distance from old town Nice, you can't beat the relaxing view. Public transportation was easy to access and figure out. The apartment itself was older, but it had everything we needed for our stay. My husband got sick and stayed inside most of the time but he did enjoy the TV time and view. Basic necessities were helpful, including the grocery cart, umbrellas and beach mat.
