This homely apartment is perfectly located in Musiciens in central Nice. Here you have proximity to both the sea and the city life, with the genuine
 and good restaurants, cafes and shops.
The apartment's large and lovely balcony about 15 m2, is also a great advantage of this apartment. It has south facing and sun most of the day with very little transparency from the house opposite. There is an awning to fold out the hottest hours during the summer. Both the bedroom and the living room have direct access to the balcony. Here there is both a dining table for 6-8 person seats, a small café table.
In the cozy living room there is a sofa bed / sofa bed and a TV. The dining area, 4 people, is located in the nice and spacious hall.
The bright and fresh bedroom has a comfortable double bed, 180x200cm, and a large wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, micro, etc.
The bathroom has a bath with shower and is spacious. .

We recently stayed in this lovely balcony apartment for three weeks. The apartment on the fifth floor with elevator was extremely comfortable and always nice to return to after being out and about for the day. We had great weather while we were in Nice and enjoyed the balcony a lot. We ate breakfast outside almost everyday and several dinners as well. We liked staying in the Musicians quarter with its residential feel and many very handsome buildings. Walking to the beach from the apartment was very straight forward and only took about 15 minutes. Malin met us at the apartment when we arrived and also when we were leaving. She is a very friendly and kind person. If we ever have the opportunity to visit Nice again we would definitely choose this apartment because we liked it so much!!

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at this property - two adults with one teen. Great location for us close to the train station and not far from the sea front. Shop right across the road which was perfect. Good restaurant at the end of the street on the corner which we ate at twice and would recommend. Accommodation was very flexible and felt like home, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again. Thank you :)

Perfect Home Base for Visit to the Côte d’Azur

The apartment was exactly as advertised and the host was there to greet us upon arrival and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect to base yourself for a week long stay: 10 minute walk to the train station, 15 minute walk to the beach/Promenade, 20-25 minute walk to Old Town and the Port area. Amenities were also close by: access to public transportation, a grocery store across the street and a fabulous Boulangerie a block away! A truly French residential experience. The apartment was well equipped and the information binder provided by the host was very useful especially with restaurant recommendations. When weather permitted, the large outdoor terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy some wine & cheese! There was some street noise to contend with in the early morning but otherwise a perfect stay in an amazing city. Thank you Malin!

Perfect all round

The place is brilliantly located, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and the main shopping area of Place Massena. For anywhere further than that, the nearest tram stop is around a 5 minute walk away, which is great for getting to and from the airport. The main train station is around 10 minutes walk too, which is great for day trips to Monaco, or further afield. A very well stocked supermarket was right across the street.The apartment itself is fantastic, with a wonderful balcony for taking breakfast. The building is a charming art deco structure, complete with wooden elevator. The neighbours all seemed friendly. Everything you need is in the apartment, from beds for the beach (Nice has a pebble beach), to stain remover for when you’ve dropped ice cream on your best holiday shirt. The air conditioning on the apartment is exceptional. We stayed during an historic heatwave and we were so comfortable.Malin was a great host, there to greet us and see us off, also making us aware of any issues that may affect our stay. Very easy to communicate with.We are regular visitors to Nice and now, we only want to stay in this apartment!Thankyou Malin!

Our stay in Nice at Malin's flat was outstanding! Malin met us outside the building upon check-in and showed us around. We found Malin very responsive. The location of the flat is great and within walking distance to everything. We would highly recommend the property and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Nice!

We have traveled to many places in Europe and we have stayed in many delightful vacation homes. By far, our choice to stay in this lovely Nice locale was one of the best. Host, Malin, presented the most welcoming and charming accommodation in a European destination gem of a city. The unit is fresh and bright, designed with an artistic eye (Matisse abounds) and an evident concern for the guests’ needs and comfort. We stayed in July - during the high season in Nice - and it was reassuring to know that we had a beautiful air-conditioned home to relax in. The apartment is very close to the old town - exceptionally convenient to shops, grocery, and attractions. Malin was there with a smile, waiting to greet us and to give us information about the apartment and all of the interesting of the wonderful areas and locales to visit. The owners have left a plethora of maps and brochures to peak every interest. Malin was very attentive to needs. We stayed for two weeks and she checked on us several times to make sure that we had everything that we may have needed. From the moment we walked into the apartment, we knew that we had chosen the perfect spot for our stay. It was equipped with everything that one could possibly need. There was even cold water and champagne waiting for us. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to all of the sites we wanted to see. Wifi was excellent and a TV was programmed with multiple language stations, including those in English. The bedroom is spacious, bright, and comfortable; and the bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a very nice tub-shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure. The kitchen is well-equipped and a full-size refrigerator made it extremely convenient to store food items for a longer stay. A microwave, toaster, hot-water tea pot, and full hob provided all that we needed for our cooking options. The neighborhood is very pleasant and safe with abundant shopping, dining, and wonderful cafés in the immediate area and a short stroll to the Promenade. Although close to everything, the unit itself is very quiet and it feels very private. There is absolutely no doubt that we will definitely stay again at this wonderful spot on our next visit to Nice. We had shopped around and found that the value for the quality of this accommodation indeed was superior as compared to those offerings in other areas nearby! Kudos to Malin who made our stay perfect!

Mini escapade à Nice

Nous étions un groupe de 3 femmes (mères/filles) et avons été très bien accueillis. L’hôte nous attendait à l’entrée du logis, et est venu nous voir à notre départ. Le logis est grand, avec un immense balcon. Il y a de tout pour faciliter le séjour. En plus, l’épicerie est juste en face de l’immeuble. Nous sommes à 6 minutes à pied du train, 5 minutes du tramway et 10 minutes de la plage. Quartier tranquille, donc relaxant après une soirée dans le vieux Nice. Je recommande fortement, j’ai eu un séjour fantastique et l’hôte est très accueillante et sympathique

Wunderschöne Wohnung in Thiers

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser wundervollen Wohnung: Gute Lage: zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Das Meer und das Zentrum sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.Toller Balkon, sehr gute Ausstattung, gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen und last but not least: sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful Stay in Nice

This property was fantastic. It was equipped with absolutely anything you could want for your stay. The bed was comfortable, the living room spacious and it had a lovely balcony for your breakfast or just to enjoy the weather. It also had air conditioning so was great for Nice’s warm and humid weather. Malin was a great and welcoming hostess. It was walkable to loads of restaurants, shops, Avenue Des Anglais, the market and more. Would highly recommend.

Phenomenal Stay

This is a beautiful apartment on the sunny side of the street. Located on a quiet street, the apartment is very clean and easily accessible by elevator. Everything we could possibly need was provided. We will be back soon.

Treasure in Nice

This was a lovely apartment that was extremely well located. The host was there to meet us at the agreed upon time and was easy to communicate with during the stay. Nice is a gorgeous city with so much to see and enjoy. Strongly recommend this property if you are lucky enough to visit!

Wonderful Place!

Malin was patient and gave us clear instructions about the rules! The place had many useful supplies, comfortable bed/futon, and was located in a beautiful spot in Nice. My favorite was the balcony! We really enjoyed our trip and are so glad to have stayed here!

Wonderful Location

We had a great time staying at this property. We were here for five nights and it was perfect. The apartment is a nice size for two people, well equipped, there is a market across the street and we were surprised at how close it was to the sea/promenade and to the city of the City. One night, we took an Uber to a restaurant in the Old City, but took a walk back because it was closer than we thought. I would certainly stay here if visiting Nice once again.
