Friendly owners and well positioned for walking in the hills

Very clean and well equipped property with friendly owners. The living space in small but adequate. Seating area outside was lovely to enjoy after our walks in the hills to the north. The road that runs from Vence to St Jeannet runs past the property and it can get noisy at rush hour and precludes walks from the door but other than that it was well placed for walks to the east, west and north with short car journeys to the start and end.

Ein Haus für einen allein

Das Haus steht für sich allein in einem abgeschlossenen Garten. Der Garten ist umzäunt. Deshalb konnten wir dort mit unserem Hund problemlos wohnen. Wenn man Hilfe bräuchte, dann sind die Vermieter in direkter Nachbarschaft, in ihrem oberhalb liegenden Haus. Die Möbelierung ist zwar schon etwas länger in Gebrauch, aber noch gut. In der heissen Zeit dort, waren wir froh über die Klimaanlage. Einrichtung: Waschmaschine, Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Spülmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle. Geschirr und Töpfe: Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Grosser Kleiderschrank, Sofa, Tisch mit 4 Stühlen, Bett mit 1m40 Breite, Rauchmelder, Badezimmer mit Dusche. WLAN vorhanden, aber leider etwas schwach. Und leider, für uns Deutsche, nur französische Sender im TV. Da sollte man sich eine Alternative mitbringen. Es gibt noch eine zusätzliche betonierte, überdachte, grosse Terrasse, wo man an einem grossen Tisch sitzen und grillen kann. Natürlich Nichtraucher in der Wohnung. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer, bis Antibes und im Rücken den Baou Noir. Man kann schöne Ausflüge in die Natur machen, oder aber auch viele, viele Touristenziele besuchen. Einkaufsläden gibt es genügend, alle Sorten. Etliche Touristenziele hat man direkt vor der Nase, man kann aber auch weite Ausfahrten machen. Eigener Parkplatz direkt am Haus, das ist wichtig! Durch diese direkte Anbindung ist es nicht verwunderlich, daß man auch einmal Autos vorbeifahren hört.
Oberhalb des Hauses, nach Autofahrt und Wanderung (Chemin de Riou), kann man im Gebirgsbach planschen.

Communication très difficile en raison d un chien agressif presque dangereux. n'a pas communiqué les éventuels problèmes et n'a pas indiqué la casse d'un fauteuil usagé afin de prévoir son remplacement. pour le reste tout est aux normes françaises et a toujours convenu .

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille dans ce gîte. Celui-ci est confortable et bien équipé. La région est magnifiqueet permet de profiter facilement du bird de mer ou des randonnées sur les Baou. Merci à la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et ses conseils.

Kleine huis in de bergen.

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en bevalt prima. Ons verblijf van 4 weken was dan ook heerlijk. De kleine problemen die we hadden zijn door de eigenaren keurig opgelost waarvoor nogmaals dank. Al met al een aanrader voor een verblijf aan de Côte d’Azur.

LA ROUTE DEPARTEMENTALE EST SITUEE A 50 METRES EN CONTRE BAS. LE LOGEMENT EST EQUIPE DE DOUBLE VITRAGE. A ce jour depuis des années personne n'a évoqué ce problème nocturne. La nuit il ne passe personne sur cette route de campagne.

In den Bergen mit Blick aufs Meer

Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen! Vor allem der morgendliche Blick aufs Mittelmeer war für uns traumhaft! Die Wohnung sowie der Aussenbereich stellt alles bereit was man braucht! Wir sind dort so angekommen und in Südfrankreich abgetaucht! Adda und Serge sind wunderbare Vermieter und sind immer für einen da! Wir kommen wieder.

Enorm vriendelijke ontvangst en staan u heel de vakantie bij met info en mogelijkheden om te bezoeken. Huisje is mooi ingericht en heeft een uniek zicht over de baai van Antibes. 2 terassen zodat er altijd zon en/of schaduw is.

Cadre agréable qui surplombe la mer au loin. Coin idéal pour les pros du vélo avec ou sans VAE, les amateurs de villages perchés, de paysages époustouflants, d'art et de balade en bord de mer... Belle maison sur Vence

Petite maison bien agencée. Tout est bien pensé et c'était propre. Pas loin de nombreuses choses à visiter : la côte, la réserve naturelle des monts d'azur, villages médiévaux, italie... Seul bémol : la route en bas du logement un peu bruyante et aucun axe sécurisé pour promener le chien aux alentours.
