Quiet location and pleasant privacyWe, along with our small dog, spent the Christmas and New Year’s holidays in this beautiful vacation apartment and felt very comfortable there.The living areas are tastefully furnished. The living room was particularly nice, lovingly decorated for the festive season with a small Christmas tree. The humidity seems to be a bit higher during the winter months, but this was solved well: there was a small electric dehumidifier in every room, which noticeably improved the indoor climate.The bathroom was sufficiently large, the kitchen was well-equipped with the essentials, and the bed was cozy. We were able to park our Renault Zoe in the inner courtyard without any problems.Even in winter, we were able to enjoy some sun on the terrace, which we appreciated very much. Another highlight is the location: the beautiful village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence can be reached comfortably on foot in about 15 minutes via a path.The host, Cyril, was very helpful and always quick to reach, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Sur les photos le jacuzzi est mi en avant, malheureusement ils étaient salle et non fonctionnel à notre arrivée (nous avons été obligé de le vider et le nettoyer avant de le remplir pour pouvoir s'en servir). Un volet roulant est hors service. Le store banne hors service, ce qui fait que à partir de midi on ne peut plus être sur la terrasse car il fait trop chaud. La douche est est en mauvais état ce qui crée de mauvais écoulement d'eau et provoque des moisissures. C'est vraiment dommage du manque de soins apportés à cette petite maison, car elle est agréable et bien placée.

Bonjour, comme mentionné dans votre message d’arrivé, le jacuzzi est disponible juin juillet et août, il est donc normal qu’il n’était pas fonctionnel. Je n’ai pas été prévenu du fait que vous vouliez l’utiliser, aucun contact pendant votre séjour pour ceci comme pour le reste.

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour de 15 jours, la maison était bien équipé e, propre est très agréable, conforme à la description. Le jaccuzy était un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement de nos vacances. Nous avons apprécier le calme, le cadre des ses magnifiques paysages, la beauté de cette magnifique région...entre les visites de ce village, la mer. Nous repartons avec plein de merveilleux souvenirs de la Côte d'Azur. Quel bonheur !... Merci, au propriétaire Cyril

Très jolie petite maison, au calm, ameublement avec beaucoup de gout, pas de vis avis, terrasse agréable, maison propre, hôte très disponible, accès avec une grande voiture un peu juste mais faisable. je recommande
