Our newly renovated house consists of a beautiful living room-through, bathroom, utility room, 2 bedrooms. The living room opens onto a large terrace and garden.
Housed in a beautiful wooded park of 34 hectares you have access to the pool and paddling pool, kindergartens, 2 tennis courts, bocce, basketball, volleyball, table tennis and clubhouse with restaurant.
You can also enjoy beautiful walks around the lake and through the forest roads.
During the summer season many events.

Nice setting with a forested area, really calm environment and easy access by car to everything in Grasse and Cannes. Loved how quiet and tranquil it was. Also we really appreciated the owner's willingness to let us check in much earlier which was great after our long flight. For what needs to be improved, would consider upgrading a few things to make it more comfortable and modern (ex: beds/pillows/sheets) and provide some essentials like salt and pepper. Overall though we had a great stay and would gladly return.

Situé dans un environnement très agréable d'accès très rapide à la grande piscine du domaine, piscine constamment surveillée par un agent, ce petit cottage est très agréable. La répartition des pièces est à la fois très fonctionnelle et plaisante. On y circule en effet facilement tout en bénéficiant d'une cuisine-salle à manger débouchant sur le salon, lequel donne sur une grande terrasse isolée de tous avec pour horizon en contrebas un petit bois. On se sent vraiment chez soi. Quant à la climatisation dans les chambres et la pièce à vivre, elle est extrêmement appréciable.Enfin, un grand lac dont on peut faire le tour offre également un point d'attraction pour les promeneurs et les enfants.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos deux petits-enfants.

Une très belle maison, équipée de tout ce dont on a besoin au quotidien. La douche est un peu petite. Mireille, la gérante de la maison, se tient à notre disposition à tout moment pour répondre à toutes nos demandes. La seule chose vraiment agaçante, ce sont les moustiques qui chassent jour et nuit, mais c'est normal quand on pense à la proximité du parc ! La piscine et l'ensemble de la propriété avec le lac sont très beaux. Les commerces sont très faciles d'accès !! Un grand supermarché, un Aldi, une boulangerie, une boucherie et un magasin Action ne sont qu'à quelques minutes en voiture !

Die Lage des Ferienhauses war super, sehr zentral, aber wunderschön in einer eingezäunten und ruhigen Umgebung. Auch ein Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus. Mireille und ihr Mann, die sich um das Haus kümmern, waren wunderbar und sehr bemüht. Die Waschmaschine war sehr praktisch, die Terrasse mit Zugang direkt zum Wald hinter dem Haus toll für den Hund. Sonst ist das Ferienhaus ganz gut eingerichtet, nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, aber okay. Die Kaffeemaschine hat schon bessere Tage gesehen und Fliegengitter and den Schlafzimmern wären gut gewesen, da es durch die Nähe zum Wald einfach sehr viele Schnaken gab. Die Badetücher waren etwas klein, aber wir hatten viel selbst dabei. Das finden wir eh angenehm. Guter Tipp: einfach den Bus vor der Anlage nach Grasse nehmen. Ist nicht teuer, man braucht nur einen guten Magen, da die Busfahrer nicht langsam den Berg hochrasen. Tipp für alle, die mit einem Campingbus anreisen: Vor dem Haus kann man gut parken, in den meisten Städten und beim Supermarkt ist eine Höhenbeschränkung von 1,90Metern!

Domaine sécurisé, très calme, pas trop loin de magasin pour le ravitaillement, mais le centre ville beaucoup plus difficile à joindre. Un bus peu vous emmener pour 1,50 en plein centre-ville et l’arrêt est à côté du Domaine.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au calme dans ce cottage bien équipé. Cependant il faut savoir que la douche est très petite et la literie assez dure. Le logement est confortable mais mériterait un rafraîchissement

Schönes Ferienhaus und Umgebung

Schönes Haus und schöne Umgebung. Wir haben die Terrasse sehr genossen. Wir hatten kleinen Hund dabei, der hat sich da auch pudervoll gefüllt. Schwimmingpool war paar Meter von unserem Haus. Wir haben dort schöne erholsame Ferien gehabt und werden das Haus wieder buchen.

Vacances idéales pour toute la famille !

Nous avons passé trois belles semaines dans cette maison de vacances avec notre famille. La maison était parfaite pour nous, offrant tout le confort nécessaire. La résidence était superbe avec sa piscine et son terrain de tennis, et nous nous sentions en sécurité. Grâce à son emplacement idéal, nous avons pu explorer la région tout en profitant de moments de repos bien mérités. Une expérience vraiment réussie !

Petite villa entre famille

Un accueil agréable, une petite maison tres bien pour pour quatre personnes si l'on n'utilise pas le canapé, le séjour fut très agréable. En plus nous avons eu un temps magnifique.

Mooie regio

Deze woning was slecht onderhouden. Kussens en matras slaapkamer echt vuil. Zeer slecht bed veel te dunne matras. Hebben ter plaatse bescherming matras, kussens laten wassen. Compensatie huisbaas ontvangen. Keuken pannen die helemaal tefallaag eruit was.

Tolle Lage

Das kleine Haus befindet sich in einer in die Jahre gekommenen Anlage. Für die Kinder waren die Tischtennisplatte und das Tennisfeld gut. Die Anlage stammt aus den 70ern, was ihr leider anzumerken ist. Sehr ruhiges Umfeld. Die Küche des Hauses ist gut eingerichtet, darüber hinaus täte hier auch z.B. eine Renovierung des Bodes des Wohnzimmers gut. Sehr nette Übergabe mit der der sehr freundlichen Nachbarin.

Cottage et tranquilité

Bel accueil. Le cottage est muni d’une grande terrasse. L’endroit pourrait bénéficier de l’air climatisé et de moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres. Nous avons adorés l’accès à la grande piscine du club et avons passé un très beau séjour.

Emplacement ideal

Le domaine est proche des lieux touristiques et des commerces. Le domaine est super (piscine partagée, tennis, bibliothèque…) et sécurisant et calme. La maison est pratique ( terrasses ensoleillées ou à l’ombre), cuisine super équipée, pièces de vie et chambres de bonne taille. Donc bonne maison de vacances
