The only reason I did not give this property and ‘excellent’ was the mattresses/pillows/bedding. The mattresses need to be replaced and the pillows were foldable. Also of note, is the first amenity listed is “hot tub.” There is not a hot tub. When you scroll down into more details (which I did not do before I booked), it does specify that it is a jetted tub inside the house, so we were disappointed, but not a deal breaker. Everything else about the house and location was exactly as stated and shown. The location is perfect if you’re visiting USF or Busch Gardens especially. Super clean!

Everything was great at the place.....except the bed felt hard as a rock. We spent half the day feeling awful from lack of sleep. But the place was fantastic, the location was good, and I loved the fact you can watch the security outside the house. Overall a great place...just need to fix the bed situation.

Listing was great! Neighborhood was super quite. House was extremely clean, smelled great! Back yard is incredible, lots of trees and shade. Owner was very communicative, check in was ridiculously easy. Lots of extra blankets, plenty of pillows and towels.

Owner's communication was great! Clean and plenty of amenities! Close to Bush Gardens and USF which is why we booked here. Will stay again every time we visit the area!

Great place in great proximity to Tampa!!

Place was super clean, plenty of room for the 7 people we had staying there (4 adults, 2 kids, 1 toddler). Host was very responsive, and helpful. The only critique I have is that we could have used more towels and blankets / comforters.

We really enjoyed our stay here it was very clean and smelled really good as we entered the kids didnt want to leave we were there for my college graduation at ultimate Medical Academy and everything was near by .

Clean quiet home. Would stay again. Small disclaimer there is no oven in this home. Plenty of small appliances though. Plus is we learned you can do frozen biscuits in an air fryer. :o)
