Location
The villa is less than 300m from Anse à l'Âne beach of Trois Ilets in southern Caribbean of Martinique. In a very quiet environment, it enjoys a magnificent seaview and the small islands of Ramier.

A shuttle boat departing from the pontoon of d'Anse à l'Ane allows you to get to Fort de France center in 20 minutes by crossing the bay.

Several beaches are 5 minutes by car, including Anse Mitan beach, Anse Noire beach and Anse Dufour beach.

The internationally renowned 18-hole golf course and the lively tourist area of Pointe du Bout are about 3 km away.

The villa
Benefiting from recent furnitures of quality and very comfortable, the villa (110m²) can accomodate 6 guests and includes 4 very well-appointed rooms:

-A large living room (more than 50m ²) totally open on the terrace and enjoying the view of the swimming pool and the sea. It offers a sitting area with large screen TV and DVD player
In the living room, a modern well equipped kitchen with central island
-2 air-conditioned(*) bedrooms with double beds, one with a seaview and ensuite bathroom with shower
-1 small air-conditioned(*) bedroom with double bed
-1 additional bathroom with shower

In front of the living room and facing the swimming pool, a large shaded terrace (40m²) provides a dining area (up to 15 guests) and a lounge area where you will surely enjoy watching the sunset behind the small islands of Ramier.

The swimming pool of 25m ² and the terrace are sheltered from external glances and enjoy magnificent views. Sunbeds are at your disposal.
