Fully equipped wonderful house on a closed land of 65.000 sq ft. The house is composed of :
- on ground floor ; an entrance, a large climatized living room overlooking a wide terrace, a climatized dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a library, a home cinema, a laundry, a bathroom and toilets
- on the 1st floor, 5 rooms among which 4 have 180 cm or 160 cm double beds, 2 bathrooms, one shower room, 2 toilets. One of the room access to a nice terrace exposed to west.
- a mezzanine for 2 or 3 kids (under 5 years old).
The house is fully equipped with 2 fridges, 2 ovens, 2 dish washing machines, games, books, table tennis, barbecue. The linen is supplied.
The house has an extremely quiet location and an spectacular view facing the mountain and only 3 miles from the ocean. The pool secured and heated is open from 15th of april to 15th of october. You will find deck chairs and beach umbrellas.
There are a lot of activities in the nearby, 2 famous golf courses of Chantaco and La Nivelle, a lot of hikes, surf, thalassotherapy, restaurants, historical sites, ...
Tha house is our family house, we love it and we are sure you will feel home and have wonderful holidays.

Un vrai Paradis

A l'abri du tumulte et de l'agitation, cette merveilleuse maison face à la Rhune vous enchantera. Si je voulais tout énumérer, il n'y aurait que des superlatifs. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable en famille, trop court à mon avis........un pur bonheur. N'hésitez pas, c'est un excellent choix !!

Wonderful Basque property in Ascain

The house certainly met expectations. Private, quiet but within easy access to the coast and Ascain. We know the area reasonably well but had never spent time around Ascain. It's an excellent, lively town to spend time in. We will be looking to book further stays at the house.

Propriété très accueillante dans un cadre idyllique, jardin revigorant et entretenu avec vue sur la Rhune qui laisse un agréable souvenir. La maison est conviviale idéale pour les familles, piscine sécurisée tous étais parfait . Propriétaire joignable et personnes sur place a contacter irréprochable. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour et pensons sincèrement y revenir l'année prochaine.

Home sweet home

Le parfait n’existe pas, mais nous n’en sommes pas loin. Nous étions quatre adultes et deux enfants Nous avons passé dix jours dans cette demeure d’exception Avec un parc entouré d’arbres magnifiques. Pas de vis-à-vis et une vue splendide sur la montagne. Lorsque l’on rentre dans cette maison on a l’impression de Retrouver sa propre maison de vacances bien décorée. Nous n’avons pas profité Ni de la bibliothèque fournie, ni de la salle du home cinéma mais avons apprécié Le confort nous avions tant à faire. A quelques minutes des Halles de St Jean-de-Luz où nous nous sommes Approvisionnés en poissons frais et langoustes. Pas moins chers qu’ailleurs Mais particulièrement fourni. Mais ce sont les vacances ! En résumé un excellent séjour dans un cadre exceptionnel.

séjour bucolique et relaxant

Un grand MERCI au propriétaires pour ce séjour parfait et aussi à Marie pour son accueil et son intendance lors de notre arrivée. Voici une adresse que nous voudrions presque "secrète" tellement vous êtes ici comme chez vous. Cette maison familiale respire le bonheur, elle correspond parfaitement à l'annonce, elle est décorée avec goût et elle est très bien équipée. Le jardin et la vue son tout simplement magnifique . L'emplacement au calme est idéal pour randonnée, se rendre au bord de la mer ou découvrir la région qui est magnifique. Merci encore aux propriétaires de bien vouloir nous permettre ce partage !

Maison chaleureuse trés bien equipée et spacieuse. Le cadre conforme à la description est superbe. Les soirées sur la terrasse avec la vue sur la Rhune et le calme sont exactement ce qu'il faut pour se ressourcer entre amis.

Un endroit merveilleux pour découvrir le Pays Basque

Maison exceptionnelle au milieu d'un paysage splendide. Très bien située tant pour les randonnées que les découvertes des environs. Un petit paradis pour les amateurs de golf. Propriétaire très sympatique et très attentionné.

Séjour inoubliable en famille

Maison d’exception dans un paysage de carte postale. Grand séjour avec grande baie vitrée donnant sur le très grand jardin avec piscine et la montagne de la Rhune, une très belle cuisine et une pièce aménagée en véritable « home cinéma » avec grand écran. Belles chambres avec vue, couchages de très bonne qualité. La maison est idéalement située à quelques kilomètres de l’océan, au calme dans les superbes collines de l’arrière-pays. Réactivité du propriétaire très appréciable, merci encore pour l’accueil, nous reviendrons!
