Beautiful view of the sea and the port of Granville. The Villa is ideally located on the seafront with a sunny garden of 200 sqm on the beach. Street side, an enclosed courtyard to enter vehicles.

Beach front house Saint Pair Sur Mer near Granville

Large detatched house in beautiful village a couple of miles from centre of Granville. Comfortably accomodated large family group of 13 adults and a baby. Well equipped kitchen . Downstairs shower room and third floor bathroom. Most bedrooms have wash hand basin . Bedrooms large and comfortable. Garden leading directly onto bea h with outdoor sea water pool 2 minute walk away. Ideal location for a family beach holiday. Supermarket and restaurants bakeries and butchers short walk away. Beach front bars and casino short walk away. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Top emplacement idéal et maison familiale très fonctionnel

Nous avons passé un très bon WE la maison est très bien située, la cuisine est très bien équipée, les chambres sont bien, il manquerait juste une salle d’eau au premier étage sinon parfait je recommande

Maison fonctionnelle correspondant à nos attentes. Très bien équipée à tous points de vue.

seule petite remarque les sommiers ne sont pas tous très en forme.. pour des personnes âgées ou ayant des problèmes de dos. Des toilettes au premier étage seraient en effet bienvenues, mais l'ensemble reste très très bien adapté pour un groupe nombreux avec des personnes de tous âges et de conditions physiques très différentes et nous avons tou.te.s passé un excellent séjour. L'accueil a été agréable et très avenant.

Grande maison charmante avec son accès à la plage de sable ,chambres spacieuses literies bien dans certaines et moins bien dans les autres... cuisine bien équipée mais frigo à bout de souffle ,manque un wc au premier étage et la douche du rdv est troo petite Bref emplacement top maison à rafraîchir

Très bon séjour

La maison est belle et agréable, extrêmement bien située près de St Pair, avec un accès direct à la mer. Quelques petites dépenses permettraient de la rendre plus fonctionnelle et confortable pour les 14 personnes qu'elle permet de recevoir. Très bon séjour néanmoins !

Très bon week end en famille

Grande maison sur 2 étages, spacieuse permettant de séjourner à de nombreuses personnes (nous étions 17). Très bien équipée et tout le nécessaire en cuisine pour depanner! Tout le nécessaire également pour profiter de l'extérieur ( salon de jardin, chaises de plage...). Véranda très agréable. Accès direct a la mer tres pratique et apprécié ! Grande place spour se garer. Village très sympathique accessible à pied. Nous recommandons cette maison familiale! (Éventuellement améliorer qqs literies et oreillers).

Parfait week-end entre amis

Nous souhaitions nous retrouver entre amis à une date très particulière, un week-end que nous ne voulions pas passer seul dans notre coin. C'était symbolique. Et cet endroit était le meilleur pour nous faire oublier ce moment qui aurait pu se révéler douloureux pour nous. Au lieu de cela, nous avons profité d'un cadre superbe, une maison très grande, très agréable, de l'accès à une plage quasiment privée, d'un soleil généreux, d'une mer terriblement belle. Bref, entre grillades de poisson et baignades, ce week-end compliqué est passé "tout seul". Il est fortement possible que cela devienne, à cette même date, un vrai pèlerinage !

excellentes prestations

villa conforme au descriptif, jolis volumes, nombres de chambres respectées pour 14 personnes à l'aise... la majorité des chambres possèdent leur coin lavabo... les chambres du dernier étage ne sont pas refaites (...) cependant quelles vues! le jardin est suffisamment grand pour un barbecue (sur place) et donne directement sur la plage! possibilité de stationner les véhicules dans la cour devant... cuisine bien équipée... vaisselle suffisante... équipement bébé (lit et quelques jouets) tout est disponible, un vrai goût des vacances dès qu'on rentre dans la maison! wifi accessible et tv pour les jours maussades... enfin et pas des moindres un accueil sympathique et réactif de la part des propriétaires via le site... et un très bon accueil aussi à l'arrivée et au départ du séjour...
