The house wasn’t bad but you can’t reach the host they don’t reply the hot tub wasn’t working couldn’t get anyone to come to fix it and no list to what needs to be done at check out

Great location but...

A great deck and a great location but the management company Vacasas service was terrible. On the day we arrived a repairman came to fix the dryer. We were not told in advance that it was not working. He had to order a part. It never worked the whole time we were there. On our second day i noticed at 9:30 PM the sprinkler was still running and a puddle of water was forming at the base of the house. I called the local contact person for Vacasa and informed him of the water built up. He said i will send someone in the morning. The next morning my grandkids who were sleeping downstairs woke up to a flooded basement. The rugs were soaked. I called local contact again and told him(fortunately in the daylight we found the shut off valve for the sprinkler and turned it off) about the flood. He said he would send one over to assess the situation. He came about 8 hours later and we decided it was liveable but i said i wanted it cleaned up. No one came the whole time to clean it up. We cleaned it ourselvesas best we could. The rugs stayed soaked and it began to smell. I was told by local contact he would send some towels. They never came. This is unacceptable. I asked for some financial compensation. I was offered $350 for loss of amenities. I said that was unacceptable.What about having to deal with wet rugs and smell. I was told by local contact to send him the pictures i took and he would send it to Vacasa management.That wasa month ago and i have heard nothing.i hope vrbo will

Heaven can wait

To the mgr Keith…..I hope you have contacted the next renters!!! I hope that we get a refund of some sort for the lack of response to our issues. We have tried to be the best renters but with little or no response our vacation was frustrating. The review will not be a public one. We are not that kind of people. The propane was empty and not refilled for three days.... The doors opened very easily on the deck, there was not exit from down stairs for emergencies. The power outlets did not work for three days in any bathroom with downstairs lights in the bathroom not working either. The dishwasher was difficult to figure out. No instructions for anything. Then to top it off at 9...pm last night the Wapato maintenance department shut the water off. We had no way to complete our packing up very well. I feel that even the cleaners were not communicated with that there was no water. Thank you for a place to stay, it might have been worth the $$ if the issues had been responded to more timely.

Perfect House for Large Group

This is our 3rd time staying in this house. We love Wapato Point and this house fits 3 families perfectly. Our teenagers enjoy the basement with many bunk beds and games. The adults enjoy the beautiful upstairs. Wapato Point has so much to offer for everyone of all ages. A perfect summer vacation.

Great house!

This house was perfect for our group! The downstairs was so nice for the kids to hang out. There were plenty of rooms and the house was nice and clean!
