Location, Location, Location. Centrally located next to the Bench Market, in the popular Vancouver Hill neighbourhood. Only one block from the beach and steps to all the popular attractions, pubs, and restaurants. You can literally park the car for the holiday.

3 Bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Fully equipped. and stocked. Two large decks. Central air, nat gas bbq, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. There are 6 bikes available for use on the KVR trail which is only 2 blocks away. Work remotely with Shaw 600 High speed.

The property is professionally cleaned.

Great Location

This property was in a great location on Vancouver Ave with the very nice Bench Cafe just next door. It was just a short walk to the beach and downtown.

Family Reunion Accomodation

The property was just as shown on the VRBO website. There were 4 adults and 3 kids staying in this condo and it was very spacious for us. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we required and then more. The appliances were in great working order. The unit was very clean and furnishing were comfortable and clean. Bathrooms were well maintained and had plenty of towels and facecloths.. Only thing lacking was some bars of soap. There was liquid hand soap at the sink but nothing in the tub/shower. The hosts were great to deal with when required, which was only once and they were quick to remedy the situation. The location was great for us, close to our Family, Parks and beach. I would definitely recommend this property and would come back again for sure.

Great place, close to the beach, comfortable rooms for all 5 of us. Great access to the grand fondo event and to wonderful breakfast and lattes next door.

Wine Sisters Reunion

The set up of the home is perfect for 7 women, big kitchen table that we could all sit around, plenty of bathrooms, a quiet deck and a large front yard for sitting around the propane fire pit (we brought our own). The location is very convenient, close enough to walk downtown and along the lake. Excellent place to stay.

We were both born and raised in Saskatchewan but have called Penticton home for the past 10 years. We are proud of our Beach House and always thrilled to see guests return summer after summer.

Why they chose this property

You will looooove this property. It has everything you need and more including the best location in Penticton. You can park your car and walk everywhere. We also have 6 mountain bikes that our guests are welcome to use to bikes (subject to availability) the famous KVR trail which starts only a couple blocks away. We also have two adjacent vacation properties and can accommodate larger groups like weddings or the girl's wine tour!

What makes this property unique

Having a young family ourselves we know what is important to families and love to cater them. We have highchairs, playpens, wagons, umbrellas, and beach toys. You also cannot beat the location. You can walk to the beach and not worry about loading up the car and trying to find a parking spot! It is all right here. If you need to escape there is a coffee shop and bistro which was rated #1 in the Okanagan right next door.
