Ground floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 suite with double bed, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with fireplace and dining room with a garden view.
Annex abroad with kitchen with Alentejo moth, fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, all crockery and accessories) and fireplace.
Upper floor: a suite with double bed and a room with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have access to a large terrace overlooking pool, garden and pine forest.
Outside: Outside the house, guests will find a private outdoor setting and charming, with pool. Children have a huge area to play at will, while parents can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside.
Large garden area with swimming pool, garden furniture, tables, chairs and sun loungers. Shower, 1 toilet support the pool and barbecue area with dining area.

Fantastisch

Ana is een zeer gastvrij persoon en staat je altijd te woord. Is toegankelijk en meedenkend. Ze doet alles voor haar gasten. We zaten lekker rustig maar toch dichtbij alles. De omgeving is van alle gemakken voorzien zowel voor jong als oud! Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour.. Piscine super et propre Cuisine avec tous le confort... Verger avec des fruits à disposition. Juste la literie à revoir et dommage pour les chiens qui aboient la nuit.

Lugar Maravilhoso para um fim de semana com amigos.

A opção perfeita para um fim de semana em amigos e/ou família !!! A casa é super bem situada, num lugar calmo e muito sossegado. A moradia em si oferece todas as condições para passar uns dias excelentes. Limpeza cinco estrelas, e um óptimo espaço exterior. Maravilha. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo anfitrião e a comunicação foi exemplar. Sem dúvida uma experiência a repetir . Recomendo!!

Belles vacances en famille mais....

Nous avons passé de belles vacances, la maison est bien située et le jardin très agréable.... toute fois attention aux grands groupes, en effet, il n’y a que 4 chaises longues en tt et pour tt, 2 fils à linge et quelques pince... 3 salles de bain dont une seule fonctionne correctement (pression suffisante), les deux autres sont très limite et deux chambres bornes.... là literie laisse fort à désirer.... la maison ne vaut selon nous pas le prix annoncer, elle mériterait un bon débarras et des travaux pour être super sympa ! Nous pensons qu’il n’y a pas grand chose à faire pour que cette maison soit agréable mais aujourd’hui elle est plus chère que les maisons que nous pouvons trouver en FRance avec des prestations bien en dessous.... c’est dommage.

Beau séjour en famille

Nous avons beaucoup apprecié les espaces extérieurs et avons bien profité de la piscine et du jardin car nous avons eu un temps magnifique en ce début de septembre. Situation idéale pour visiter la belle région de Setubal et lisbonne. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter plus de la 1ere journée...( check in après 18h)

Casa simpatica com um jardim amplo, piscina e boa relação qualidade-piscina

Passámos um fim-de-semana comprido em família, 8 adultos e uma criança pequena. A casa tem 5 quartos por isso deu para 3 casais e duas pessoas solteiras mais uma cama de bebé. O único inconveniente é ser preciso passar por um dos quartos para ir para outro quarto. A casa tem uma dimensão boa, uma cozinha muito gira com lareira afastada do resto da casa, o que é bom para muita gente. O jardim é muito grande, bem tratado, com uma piscina, churrasco e mesas, cadeiras e espreguiçadeiras para estar ao ar livre. Alguns pormenores poderiam ter sido melhores, por exemplo nao havia um rolo de papel higiénico completo em nenhuma casa de banho e a limpeza nao estava espectacular, principalmente nalgumas das casas de banho. Como a casa é tão boa pensámos em convidar 20 adultos para ir lá almoçar para festejar uns anos, mas como há um preço fixo extra desistimos da ideia. De qualquer forma a Ana é muito simpática e disponível, a comunicação correu lindamente. Recomendamos!

Espaço exterior fantástico

Uma casa fantástica! Decidi alugar a casa para fazer um almoço de família para comemoração do meu casamento. O espaço exterior é óptimo para receber convidados, espaçoso, verde e óptimo para as crianças brincarem! Passámos um dia tão agradável que fiquei com vontade de lá voltar. Por dentro a casa é bastante espaçosa e com uma decoração giríssima! Aconselho vivamente a quem queira passear pela linda serra da Arrábida e conhecer Setúbal e arredores! Muito relaxante.

Très belle location, maison très agréable avec un superbe terrain et sa piscine indispensable pour pouvoir se rafraîchir. La location est très bien située proche autoroute et trains pour se rendre facilement à Lisbonne.

Wonderful family holiday in May !

We enjoyed our May holiday at this house a lot. The kids loved the pool and enjoyed playing in the big, beautiful garden. The owner was very helpful and friendly !
