Lovely Guesthouse with Full Tennis Court, BRAND NEW Swimming Pool with diving board, Fire pit, Large lawn and garden areas, Wi-Fi, and all the cable stations available and included. Great to just relax by the pool with your family and play tennis at this mini estate; Have a BBQ, or just to watch your favorite program on the flat screen TV. Modern, newly renovated with bamboo wood flooring and maple cabinets. Spacious Bedroom with Memory foam King Bed. The living room and dining areas are warm and inviting. This house is 1 block from our city treasure, Bidwell Park. It sits on one acre which is fully landscaped. Bring your tennis rackets. The Tennis court was just resurfaced and a regulation fence is surrounding the court. The yard is also fully fenced perfect for your pets. The gazebo by the tennis courts is a favorite. The House was just completely remodeled and is ready to rent nightly or on a monthly basis of 30 days or more. Perfect as a furnished executive rental for working or enjoying.
