Set in a wooded cul-de-sac near Long Lake, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home offers a quiet setting that is just minutes from downtown, restaurants, bike trails, Long Lake public access and Moomer’s Ice Cream. Enjoy the beauty of the wooded 3/4-acre property from the side deck or the gorgeous two-story solarium that spans the Southern length of the home. After a day spent exploring Traverse City, relax with your group around the outdoor firepit in the large backyard or cozy up in the living room next to the wood fireplace.
Indoors, is a sunken living room furnished with a large sectional and recliner offering a comfy place to lounge and watch the 50” flat screen smart TV.
Let your inner chef shine in the fully equipped kitchen which boasts new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and gas range. Ample counter space allows the whole crew to help prep for feasts.
When it’s time to turn in, retreat to one of the three generous bedrooms. Along with 2 King size, 1 Queen size, and 1 Full size bed, there are 2 sleeper sofas. The master bedroom features a newly remodeled en suite and flat screen TV.
Both full bathrooms are configured with a tub and / or shower combination.

Awesome Weekend

Sandro and Lindsey were absolutely fantastic to communicate with. Extremely responsive and very detailed messages/emails with easy and clear instructions. This couldn’t have been a better place to stay for a nice, relaxing weekend. The house was very clean upon arrival. They provided all the necessities in the house with toiletries, clean towels, and even provided a fridge full of sodas, waters, and a 6-pack of local TC beer (CEO Stout by Right-Brain is one of my personal favorites). Overall, an awesome experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a long, relaxing getaway near TC.

The Perfect House for Us

My husband and I along with our two adult children and their spouses enjoyed a summer vacation in Traverse City. The house was perfect for us with three bedrooms with queen or king beds. The house was very spacious and comfortable. Our stay was made even more comfortable by the owners with many thoughtful additions like plenty of basic cooking supplies, power strips with USB ports, and fresh toiletries in case we forgot anything. Our original plan was to be in TC during Cherry Fest. With its cancellation this year, we still found plenty to do within easy driving distance including downtown TC (10 to 15 minutes), Frankfort (30 to 40 minutes), Fishtown ( 30 minutes), wine tasting (20 minutes) and golf (10 minutes). The owners were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay. Owner is very helpful. Kitchen is nicely furnished with many utensils.

Perfect accommodation. Very near to Traverse city attractions. Property owner furnished the house very nicely. Provided even some extra new brushes, shaving sets in the bath rooms. Highly recommend!
