It is located 250 m from the largest natural freshwater lake in France (blue flag), 5 km from the ocean, in a quiet dead end street, trees, completely fenced, not overlooked, close to all amenities (shops, restaurants...)

- Ground floor: living room with equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, traditional oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle). Bathroom (shower, WC)
- At the meeting, a sofa bed for 2 people.
- Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + plenty of storage.
- The living room opens onto a large wooden terrace with Jacuzzi (with fountain and wonderful lighting in the evening), facing south, protected from the sun by a patio, equipped with all comforts: table, chairs, benches, solarium, parasol , deckchair. Hard barbecue.

-More: an outdoor shower.

- Private parking space in front of the rental.
