About this property

2bed/2bath condo at 5 star resort with ocean view

Beautiful five star Ocean front resort located in a peaceful and quiet area of Nuevo Vallarta. Unit is approximately 1400 ft.² and has beautiful views of the ocean, palm trees and surrounding pool area. Usually rents for $1500 per week for Thanksgiving as unit is on 9th floor providing spectacular views. Includes parking space, and Wi-Fi. Check-in is 4 PM and checkout is 10 AM. Unit holds a maximum of 6 persons.

Resort is walking distances to many restaurants, shops and Starbucks. It is also only a 10 minute walk to Paradise Village.

Large beach accessible directly from resort with Palapas and chairs for all guests. Two large pools plus a separate third pool for young children. Resort has a bar on site which is open till 6 PM.

Comfortable and well appointed condo with great views over the gardens and ocean

Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo on the ninth floor of a ten story tower complex, with a wide balcony overlooking the gardens and ocean. The condo was very clean on our arrival. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff very friendly and helpful. One thing we did not realize was that as the unit was a fractional ownership, all kitchen disposables such as salt, pepper, sugar, dishwasher liquid etc., are removed after each guest departs. These items are not expensive to replace, but could be difficult if new tenants arrive later in the day. A small “start-up” kit in the unit would be appreciated. The Playa Royal complex is very secure. The gardens well very well groomed with lawn and multiple palm trees. There is a shallow children’s pool and a separate adult swimming pool. Entrance to and from the adjacent sandy beach is through magnetic lock controlled gates. A covered beach restaurant/bar is within a few steps from the gates. Overall, a delightful relaxing place to stay, and well worth the money.

I am an attorney practicing in Sacramento, CA. My wife and I have two young children and enjoy traveling to Playa Royale! We became fractional owners in 2019 and have access to five weeks per year. As we only use two or three weeks a year, the remainder weeks are rented out.

Why they chose this property

Playa Royale was introduced to us by a close friend who is an owner at the resort. After staying at his Condo on several occasions we decided to buy a fractional interest. It is clean, quiet and very well maintained. The staff are exceedingly friendly and are happy to answer any questions guests may have. Lots of activities to do in the Nuevo Vallarta and Puerto Puerto Vallarta areas. Many restaurants nearby in a very safe and secure area.
