Comfortable and very clean!

House was clean, good size rooms, new appliances. Pool was warm and clean, plenty of towels. Location was convenient for what we were doing, going to Miami football game. Road noise while we were hanging out in the backyard but not too bad. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will return if I need a place near Miami.

Hollywood house

We had a great time at the house. The bed were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. Granddaughter enjoyed the pool! Having it heated was a major plus!

Stay prior to cruise departure

The house was clean and as listed. It was convenient to shops and restaurants. This was perfect for our 2 day stay prior to setting sail on our cruise. Host was polite and responded quickly. We enjoyed the home and screened in pool area, the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials one would need. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Spacious house with pool

A good 15-20 minute drive to beach. Walking not an option. House As advertised- well equipped kitchen. Plenty outside chairs (could use new cushions) towels, beach stuff. One bed very firm. Plenty room for parking. Kitchen a bit dark. Nice washer/dryer. Check in a bit arduous. Day before needed send copy of my drivers license, info on all guests. Got lockbox code one hour before check in. Some houses in neighborhood not well kept up. Not a swanky area. Had a nice time. Plenty of room for 5 sisters.

We purchased a beautiful house located on a beautiful palm lined street. We decided to turn our home into a vacation home to offer more people the opportunity to enjoy South Florida as much as we do.

The angler in the group can grill up the catch of the day on the propane BBQ then everyone can dine alfresco at the poolside dining table. Plenty of green space for pets and kids to play and a quiet sitting area on the front porch to wake up with morning coffee add to the long list of wonderful outdoor features the Villa has to offer

We are a short drive to the Beach or Downtown Hollywood with its many attractions. A hop and skip to South Beach (Miami) or Las Olas Blvd (Fort Lauderdale) where night life is very enjoyable.
