Nous ne recommandons pas !

Nous avons été déçu par ce logement. Logement aménagé dans un garage, pas pour 8 personnes mais pour 4/5 personnes au plus, puisque 2 des « lits » sont des clic clac usés et inconfortables. Étendage à linge cassé. Armoire cassée. Pas de wifi. Télévision à l’étage. sol bruyant. Impossible de se lever sans réveiller toute la maison. Escalier difficile et bruyant. Vaisselle, abîmée, affreuse. Piscine froide. Point positif : la salle de bain ! Agréable et fonctionnelle! Manque d’informations et d’explications. Pour le prix de la location, tout est vu à la baisse, pas de qualité. Nous n’avons jamais vu cela ! Ce ne sont pas des vacances reposantes et ressourçantes ! Les propriétaires devraient passer des vacances à la place des locataires pour se rendre compte du confort qu’ils proposent…. Nous ne recommandons pas ce logement, même si l’hôte est agréable.

agréable séjour

Xia est une hôte sympathique.Les 2 couchages lits doubles dans les chambres fermées sont très bien ,par contre les 2 canapés cliclac sont bien pour des enfants.le logement est plus adapté pour 6 personnes.nous avons rencontré des soucis de canalisations ,lorsque nous faisions la vaisselle ,l'eau sale remontait dans la douche et lors des douches l'eau avait du mal à s'évacuer.Une forte odeur remontait dans les toilettes.Nous avons prévenu Xia qui devait faire le nécessaire après notre départ .je pense qu'un grand ménage s'impose.La piscine est le point fort de la location ,chauffée et couverte accessible 24/24.L'accès au logement se fait par un portail indépendant très pratique .de nombreux commerces se situe à proximité.

Maison bien située pour visiter la Normandie. Calme, ideal pour 4/5 personnes. Terrain entièrement clôturé et bien entretenu Piscine chauffée et couverte : la véranda permet d'en profiter les jours de pluie. La propriétaire Xia, est aux petits soins avec ses locataires. Bon séjour malgré une météo maussade.

Propriété très agréable et calme avec piscine chauffée.

Séjour très agréable même en hiver Grande piscine chauffée privée très appréciable. Chambres agréables pour 8 personnes. Lits confortables. Cuisine et salle à manger bien pour six personnes. La localisation permet de visiter le sud du Cotentin, plages, baie du Mont Saint Michel ... Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires et grande disponibilité.

La propriétaire aimable et sympathique. La piscine est agréable même en cette saison. Nous avons pu profiter de cette jolie ville et de ses plages alentours où nous avons pu nous promener grâce au beau temps durant ces quelques jours. Je recommande !

A améliorer fortement

Le logement est situé dans le garage de la propriété. Les chambres sont confortables. La piscine est super. Par contre la salle commune qui fait office de cuisine salle à manger salle à vivre doit être fortement aménagée et nettoyée pour que le séjour soit agréable. La propriétaire m'a dit que ce sera fait cet hiver. Si c'est le cas j'y retournerai car il y a un vrai potentiel pour que cet endroit soit sympa. En attendant il y a quand même du boulot ...

D-day anniversary

We came for 4 days for d day anniversary, booking was easy, accommodations were what was advertised. Beds are set up for couples, however we had 8 guys so space was a challenge. Kitchen area small, no counter space. Pool is great, we went swimming in mornings. Host Xia and her family are fantastic, friendly, and helpful.

Résidence calme et bien située

Hôte à l'écoute et serviable. Xia a tout mis en oeuvre pour que notre séjour se déroule du mieux possible. Piscine très propre (disponible H24) Dans le temps le gîte ne pourras que s'améliorer. Coin cuisine non équiper pour des grand repas mais du fait du commencement de l'activité Xia est a l'écoute des différents besoins et les satisfaits. La propreté du gite est correcte ainsi que le linge (serviette et draps) Dans l'ensemble je recommande cette location et si je retournerai dans cette ville je logerai ici sans hésiter.
