41 m2 studio renovated in June 2018 on the ground floor of a patrician house from 1649 with access to a 900 m2 garden which houses a common swimming pool of 10x4.50 m with salt electrolysis and marble powder coating. Ideal for a quiet stay in the heart of an old country house with all shops nearby on foot. 7m2 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, clothes horse) partly open to the living room with a double bed 140x190 cm and a sofa bench that can be used as an extra bed in 80x190 cm. Shower room of 4 m2 with 90x90 cm shower, wall-hung WC, electric heater-dryer, hairdryer. Linens, sheets and towels provided. Free WIFI. Electric heating, free parking in front of the house. Barbecue. Smoking and animals prohibited. Very good restaurant less than 10 minutes walk from the famous Canal du Midi, the Bistrot Constant. Two weekly markets at the end of rue Maubec, Tuesday and Sunday.
