In the heart of the Golf, on a private wooded plot of 1100 m2, our house consists of 2 parental suites and an independent bedroom, a living room opening onto a large terrace on stilts offering views of the golf course and the forest.

Ideal for golfers in all seasons (9 and 18 hole courses open all year round), but also for families wishing to enjoy the joys of swimming and nautical sports at the lake and the ocean as well as the cycling domain. .

Très belle maison

La maison est très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très sympas. Le cadre avec la belle terrasse vue sur le Golf est très apaisant. Les matelas sont au top : nous avons dormis comme des bébés. La cuisine est bien équipée. Bref : nous avons vraiment apprécier notre séjour (2 couples + 1 ado). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Jolie maison au cœur du golf de Biscarrosse

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le séjour s’est bien passé dans ce cadre vraiment calme et arboré. La piscine était indispensable car il a fait très chaud (24 degrés à l’arrivée un peu juste, elle est montée à 26 au fur et à mesure). La proximité du lac nécessite tout de même d’être véhiculé. La maison est très bien équipée et la terrasse est gigantesque. Le jardin est sécurisé et clôturé. La vue golf est un plus mais il est vrai que tout les matins avant 8.00h , les engins d’entretien sont bel et bien présents. Peut être prévoir l’installation de volets ou de la climatisation pour que ce soit la perfection. Nous reviendrons prochainement.

Cadre très agréable, calme et bien situé

La maison est bien agencée avec deux espaces nuit & sanitaire distinct permettant à chacun d'avoir son "espace de tranquillité". La terrasse en bois au bord du golf est très agréable pour se relaxer et la piscine chauffée assure une température acceptable même en période de mauvais temps (26° dans l'eau alors qu'il faisait plusieurs degrés en moins dehors). Les seuls petits points négatifs sont le bruit des appareils d'entretien du golf le matin, qui ne durent heureusement pas longtemps, et un équipement de cuisine qui pourrait être plus complet/moderne, comme une plaque de cuisson à induction plutôt que vitro-céramique, mais globalement c'est bien équipé et agréable. Dernier point, pour bien profiter de la région n'hésitez pas à louer un vélo électrique ; les pentes sont assez fortes à proximité de la maison et pour rejoindre l'océan, ça vaut le coup pour profiter de la région.

Villa très agréable en plein coeur de la foret à proximité des pistes cyclables, du lac et à 10 km de l'océan. Calme assuré (sauf le matin avec l'entretien du golf mais sur un court instant).
