About this property

This apartment (L'Ours Noir) is ideally located in the Festival district, in the heart of the resort, close to all the shops, restaurants and ski schools and with direct access to the slopes.
Classified 2 stars in furnished tourism, it is carefully arranged and decorated in a Vintage Industrial style to enjoy a retro atmosphere during your family or friendly holidays. It is cosy, functional and sunny due to its double South/South-West exposure with a nice view of the mountains and the resort (see Les Ours d'Avoriaz website). You will have the possibility to attend from the apartment or the balcony the animations and shows proposed by the resort like the Carnival parade!

Rental 7 days minimum and from Saturday to Saturday only. Ideal for a couple with two children or for a couple (maximum 2 adults).

Please review the house rules before renting. We send our vacationers a seasonal rental agreement indicating the rental conditions that must be returned to us initialed and signed under penalty of cancellation. Key handover and return is at the Conciergerie located close to the parking lots. We love animals, but we cannot accept them in order to avoid any risk of damage, allergies or noise. As the apartment is non-smoking, ashtrays are available for smoking on the balcony.

Parfait!

L'appartement est super confortable, rien ne manque! Il est très propre et bien agencé. La literie est très correcte. Super bien situé car au pied des pistes et juste à proximité des commerces, bar et restos. Petit plus : les jeux de société pour passer de bonnes soirées en famille. Il a été très agréable de communiquer avec avec Delphine et Charles. Logement chaudement recommandé!!!

Family skiing trip

We had a super trip to Avoriaz. The apartment was ideally located with very modern furnishings and very well appointed. The owners answered any questions very promptly. We enjoyed it so much we have booked the same apartment for next year!
