Wonderful week

We had a wonderful week here. The seaview is excellent and the appartment is well-equipped. One minor point: for people without a car a bakery and supermarket are quite far away.

We absolutely loved this place, good beds, great view, some issues with thé tv but no problem for is. Great to have a parking space on walking distance Good value for this price. Too bad about thé weather and thé bacteria in thé sea 😔 thanks Elodie you are very friendly host

Très bon accueil, limite niveau propreté, pas de jeux adultes ni pour la plage, peu de vaisselle de table ,très bon emplacement face à la mer, très belle terrasse, parking voiture assez loin , environ 800m , ce qui peut être un frein, peu de parking près de la location, possibilité de nombreuses activités au sein de l'école de voile.A recommander pour son emplacement.

Ferienwohnung Boulogne sur mer

Schöner Blick über den sauberen großen Sandstrand.von dem großen Balkon. Allerdings gibt es doch einige Dinge von uns zu beanstanden: Zumindest am Wochenende war der starke Verkehr auf der direkt vor der Wohnung liegende Hauptstraße doch störend. Am unangenehmsten war jedoch die Parkplatzsituation Nach längerem Suchen musste man trotzdem mindestens 5oo-600 mtr entfernt von der Wohnung parken. Den von der Mieterin übergebene Parkschein zur freien Nutzung des Parkhauses haben wir nur einmal genutzt, da der Fußweg mindestens genausoweit war. Auch an bzw.in der Wohnung zeigten sich doch einige Mängel wie z.B fast nicht zu betätigenden Schiebetüren sowohl zum Balkon als auch an der Inneneinrichtung. Eine Schiebetür von dem Schlafzimmer nach außen konnte man nicht verriegeln da Verschluss defekt. In der dürftig ausgestatteten Küche fehlt an einem Hängeschrank die Tür Die Kühlschranktür ist an der falschen Seite angeschlagen und engt die ohnehin kleinen Platzverhältnisse noch weiterhin ein. Auch das WC ist für eine gut gebaute Person fast nur bei geöffneter Tür nutzbar. Auch die schlechte bzw. nicht vorhandene Beleuchtung (keine Wand -und Deckenbeleuchtung, nur eine Stehlampe) im Wohnzimmer ist zum Lesen ungeeignet., zumal noch eine Leuchte in der Küche nicht funktionsfähig war.. Auch eine Beschattung durch eine Jalousie würde der Wohnung gut tun, zumal ein Vorhang im Wohnzimmer fehlte

Vue très agréable sur la mer et le soleil couchant

Merci à Élodie, chaleureuse, attentive et réactive, qui nous a réservé un très bon accueil. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’appartement pour sa situation et son confort. Les photos sur le site sont totalement conformes aux prestations servies. La vue sur la mer est très agréable quelle que soit l’heure de la journée avec en prime de très beaux ciels et couchers de soleil !

Très agréable séjour et vue dont on ne se lasse pas

Merci à Élodie pour ce très beau séjour. L’appartement est très agréable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La literie est parfaite. On ne se lasse pas de la vue impressionnante dont les marées rythment les journées. La propriétaire répond rapidement aux mails envoyés et ce n’est pas négligeable.

Sehr schönes Apartment am Meer

Ein schöner Urlaub direkt am Meer mit wunderbarer Terrasse. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Spazieren gehen in der naturreich geprägten Umgebung. Der Ort Boulogne sur Mer ist touristisch, aber nicht überlaufen. Die Fisch-verarbeitende Industrie prägt die Hafenregion.

Super ausgestattete Wohnung, großer Balkon, bequemes Bett. Für deutsche Urlauber ungewohnt: 1 Matratze und 1 Decke für 2 Personen sowie separates WC in ziemlich kleinem Raum. Die Parkplätze gehören nicht fest zum Haus sondern sind kostenlos entlang der Straße, ggf. 400 m weiter, zum Be- und Entladen kann man aber vor dem Haus halten. Sehr nette Vermieterin, nachts ruhig, Haus nicht hellhörig und mit Aufzug. Direkt am Strand gelegen, von der Innenstadt etwas entfernt.

Situé au quatrième étage, dans un immeuble de standing, en parfait état, cet appartement coquet nous offre une vue splendide sur la mer. Il n'y a qu'à traverser le boulevard, pour se retrouver sur la plage.

Restful stay

We met with the owner who showed around the property which was clean and well equipped however parking is real issue. Once you find a rare free space don't move because you will not find another one without having to pay for it. This was not a problem to us on this occasion as we were happy to walk.

L'appartement est très bien situé, très bien insonorisé, la vue mer, du salon et de la chambre est splendide. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse de notre hôte, et la qualité de l'appartement qui jouit d'une superbe vue sur la mer et le port. Nous avons eu plaisir à voir partir les bateaux de pêche dans la nuit et à observer les nombreux oiseaux sur la plage. Nausicaa est tout proche et l'on peut s'y rendre à pied pour une visite inoubliable! Que du bonheur!

Great view, but no parking space available at peak-time

The view from the balcony is really great! Elodie is a very friendly person. Anyway, we had some problems that we could not solve completely. She forgot the extra bed for our daughter that we agreed with her before our arrival. We also had just two small towels (and four bath towels) for four people. On our demand, we did not get any extra towels. The biggest problem was finding a parking space. On our arrival in the afternoon, the promised car park at a distance of 50 m was completely full with lots of car drivers in front of us going in circles and looking for parking spaces... Every time we went by car during our holiday, we had to plan our return in the evening, so it was no problem finding a parking space. Going shopping by car (as there were no food shops nearby) during the day was impossible, as you would not have found a parking space afterwards. Moreover, we did not know that swimming was not allowed in the sea in Boulogne all over the summer (what we found out on the internet later). Because of pesticides in the water you should not go swimming, which might have caused stomach aches, diarrhoea and nausea (as we were told by some lifeguard on the second day). If we had known that before (in addition to the parking space problem) we would have chosen another apartment in a different town.
