This apartment is between Marina di Caulonia and Roccella Jonica, with easy access to both resorts, providing a wide selection of restaurants producing delicious local dishes. Historical Greco Roman Architecture along with Local Markets and Festivals can be enjoyed throughout the area.
There are many quiet beaches all along the nearby coastline. So, whether you're a gastronomic adventurer, archaeologist, wine connoisseur or sun-seeker, the area has something for everyone.
We are a family of four and try and get over to our apartment as often as possible. With 2 bedrooms + sofa bed, 2 balconies and a BBQ, the apartment has everything you will need for your stay.
There are 72 apartments in this private complex; one of the best developments in Caulonia and very close to the beach, making it easy to nip back from the beach for lunch, etc.

We are a family of 4 and with two young children who just love the apartment and can't wait to wake up and take the short walk to the Beach!
Why they chose this property
If you want peace and quiet location within a short distance from the Sea and Caulonia Centre this place is for you.
As a family we have tried to visit twice a year since our first visit as each time we go we find news places to visit.

What makes this property unique
Unlike others apartments we have the use of a Gas BBQ, 3 bikes -2 City Bikes + 1 teenagers mountain bike for you to use during your rental. Morning and Evening Bike rides on the beach front are a must.
The pathway is now open from the beachfront straight to Roccella which is 5k away and you can also stop for refreshments at the port approx. half way and try the 'METRE' pizza's !!
We also have WI FI for a small weekly charge this can be available for when you arrive too.
We have just bought a smart TV so although we don't have an Aerial if you are have a Sky Go or Netflix you can log in!
