The cabin is slightly dated, but very comfortable and had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy. The forest surroundings are beautiful. There are quite a few stairs in and out and you are at 10,000 ft so hit that stair-stepper at the gym. A couple of the beds are in a loft so make sure your people can climb a ladder.

Brian head is at a high elevation for sure. Beautiful and the best snow !!
This property was the perfect place. The property was clean. It had all everything we needed. The kitchen items were enough. It was great. It definitely made our trip enjoyable.
Four of us stayed at the condo for three nights. It was, overall, a pleasant experience! Those skiing drove to the ski area due to it being just too far to walk easily with skis and gear, but those not skiing could easily walk over to the ski lodge or main strip mall to meet skiers for lunch. There was a nice snowfall our first night there, and the ski plow lifted a large manhole cover off a storm hole in the condo parking lot when plowing. Management did not notice all day, and, when we backed up our car in the condo lot, our rear tire completely fell into the hole. We reported it to management, and they put a sled over the hole until they found the cover on the side of the lot a couple of hours later. The unit itself was small in the living area (specifically the dining table area), but the master suite was a nice size. The finishes in the unit are older and could use an update, but everything was very clean. More plugs for devices and charging would be beneficial. The kitchen was full of helpful amenities and tools except scissors. I never knew how much we use scissors. Walking up the 37 steps to reach the condo takes your breath away due to altitude, especially when arriving with suitcases. Check out was easy. The punch code on the door for locking and unlocking was a nice, easy touch. After reading reviews, we were worried about hot water, but, by taking short showers and staggering use, we were okay. Overall, it was a nice long weekend! Would recommend!
My family and I booked this condo to be close to the ski resort. The location was perfect! The condo was so clean and cozy my kids said it felt like a cabin in the woods. They loved the loft too! Communication with the property manager was 5 stars! We had the best time. Highly recommend!

Rustic and comfy but smaller than the photos. Great for 3 to 4 people. Shower heads were only about 5 feet high and tubs were very slippery. They need to do something! Nice balcony to relax on. I do recommend and would stay again. Convenient location and beautiful scenery. Well managed.
Everything was super clean but the kitchen fan/vent dripped gross grease on the stove while we were cooking (you would only know this if you were cooking a big meal using both the stove and oven; just needs to be regularly cleaned). The only other complaint is the ridiculously small water heater which was only enough hot water for one shower! Otherwise, we enjoyed the condo and location. Appreciated all the beds made up and extra condiments in the fridge available for our use.
The property is super cute, and very comfortable. It is right across the street from the resort. The check in details were on point! The condo is a bit dated, but super clean- ( which is more important to me!!) it had everything we needed- I even baked cookies at night for when we watched the provided DVD’s! Bed was super comfy! Thank you for letting us stay! We will definitely be back!
Great location, fun and easy. We would stay there again! Well stocked lots of room!
We had a great time here! Location was great, enjoyed the the place. It was well stocked and had everything you may have forgotten! We enjoyed a fire in the fire place and the deck was peaceful! Felt like we were hidden in the mountains but really just tucked behind and in some trees! We will stay here again!
Great condo. Perfect location to visit National Parks
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious, clean, and well stocked. We have four kids, and they loved being able to spread out and each have their own beds. The location was perfect. We were able to drive to four National Parks easily. The owner did mention that the new water heater was small. That is true. After two showers the water was freezing, and took awhile to reheat. With a family of six we are used to staggered showers, however the lack of hot water at this condo became very inconvenient after long days exploring the parks.
That being said, we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay.
A great condo. Feels like a cabin. Very homey, lots of beds, lots of room. Overall, we really loved this place. I do wish there were fewer steps to get to the cabin, and I didn’t realize that the community fire pit/picnic tables would be covered in snow—but neither were huge deals and I still give this place 5 stars, would recommend it, and would come back.
Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Super close to Giant Steps lift- it was easy to walk home for lunch every day. The kitchen was well stocked, with pots and pans as well as basic spices, mustard, cooking oil, etc, which is very nice. The property rental company was also very responsive when we needed to make some changes to our reservation. I did find myself wishing there was a hot tub, but otherwise this place was perfect.
First, the pros: The condo is in a beautiful location surrounded by trees & close to the entire little town of Brian Head. Everything you need is within walking distance. The grill worked great & there was plenty of bedding & towels for everyone. The loft was perfect for our boys, ages 12, 13, & 14. They loved having the space to themselves. The master bedroom is beautiful with a giant, comfortable bed.
The cons: There is a big disparity between the bedrooms so if someone will be upset at having the much smaller bedroom & bed with a shared bathroom, work that out before you arrive. Luckily we just flipped a coin & agreed the winner got the master & no one could complain. The loft was very warm & even the fan didn't help much. The only paper goods were those on the rollers when we arrived - a half roll of paper towels, and a half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Luckily we discovered there were none supplied after we ran out of tp in the master bath & the store was still open to get paper goods for the week. It was not a problem to supply our own but there was no mention that we would need to do so in the description or instructions. If we had run out in the middle of the night, it would have been a much bigger deal. Lastly, the refrigerator was not cooling properly. By day 3, it came up to temperature but by that point, we felt that the eggs & bacon we had bought the first day had been warm for too long to eat.
Just for informational purposes, while we were there, the internet & cable stopped working. It was out for almost 24 hours. Obviously that was not the fault of the owner or property manager & both made every effort the day after it went out to make sure the sattelite company came out & fixed it. It's just something to note as a possibility since, like most people, our phones did not have service there so without Wi-Fi, we were unable to call, text or email for most of that 24 hours.
All in all, it was a wonderful stay at a great price. We would happily stay again.
It was better than expected. The owners went out of their way to make it feel like a home. My two adult children loved it and were thrilled when they walked in. We have always been on a minimal budget but in our later years we can splurge a bit more. For us this was just great and met every expectation for our family. No hassle with booking and entry.
Communication was good. We tried to do our part by respecting the property and cleaning up well afterwards. We looked at it as a gift available to us. Our two adult children like to cook so they had a great time together in the kitchen as one lives in Oregon and the other in Minnesota. Thank you!!
