Grand Panama 5th Floor Gulf Front, Same Level As Walkover!

Pets considered in the non peak season. One pet per rental, 25 pounds and below.

Enjoy the convenience of this 5th floor gulf front condo on the same level as the walkover from the parking deck across the street. No waiting on elevators!

The master BR comes with a King size bed on the water with balcony access (the largest balcony offered at the Grand Panama--20 x 12), and a private bath with a garden tub, custom walk in shower and double vanity. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's.

The second BR comes equipped with a king size bed, private bath, and flat screen TV.

This condo is big enough for the whole family, with bunk beds in the hall and a queen pullout sleeper sofa.

The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. You never have to leave the condo with a washer and dryer at your disposal. Also, high speed wireless internet is available, free of charge.

Relax on the balcony table and chairs, sun yourself on the outdoor lounge, listen to the surf, sip a glass of wine, and gaze at golden sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

ABOUT Grand Panama

:Property features three pools (two seasonally heated), two hot tubs, on-site tiki bars and snack bar, a gazebo by the tiki bar, on-site dining and shopping, seasonal live music, exercise room, kiddie pool, BBQ grills, coffee and ice cream shop, business center, meeting room, covered parking, WiFi hot spots.

From our brand-new upscale condo, you can walk right out onto our pristine snow-white beachfront. Lay out and swim in the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf.

Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (both heated seasonally), kiddy pool, Jacuzzis, and fitness center..

Guest Registration is completed online prior to arrival. There is a $50 flat resort fee, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $30. Motorcycle parking passes will remain at $15.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to PCB normally at least once a year and this by far is probably the cleanest room we’ve ever had. We normally feel the sand on the floor under your feet but there was none of that this year. Amazing view and this room is on the same level as the walk over from the parking garage so no extra elevator to get to your room. We would for sure stay here again!

This condo was great in location- 5th floor is connected to parking garage - short distance to restaurants - nice big balcony with plenty of furniture - place was clean and had all the necessities - however the mattresses could be replaced to be more comfortable - especially the bunk beds were like prison cots - check in was a joke, they didnt have anything ready but overall great place -

Fantastic view...period! Pictures of unit look better than acutal property. Unit very worn out...not pleased w/mold in shower...not enough dresser space for more than one person in master bedroom. Left after 3 days... Would not stay there again!!

Great location and very clean property. Family all loved the music at night. Big problem with communication with property managers. We never received emails about room number, door codes, parking permits and when they did email me back at noon the day we are supposed to be there “it’s a very busy day so I will get it to you later.” 3 hours later still no response. We did finally get all the information and was able to get in the room. Very clean and well maintained. The beds in the master bedroom and the bunk beds are very hard and need to be replaced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are retired, live in Central Florida, and have stayed in numerous condos throughout the State to enjoy our beautiful beaches. This 5th floor condo was so enjoyable and better than we could have anticipated. It was very clean, well-stocked, excellent location (same floor as the bridge to parking garage), quiet, and the balcony was perfect. We had the coldest weather (17 degrees one night) and the balcony was so nicely covered/protected that we did not get any winds blowing on us as we huddled with blankets (that we brought with us) sitting outside listening to the surf. On the sunny days, we were also able to get afternoon sun laying in the lounge chairs. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. The unit itself was absolutely perfect!!! Also, the management company was very quick to respond the few times we had to ask something. We will definitely stay here again. My only complaint was that there was a 4% convenience credit card fee added onto the costs...which were not disclosed on the original price breakdown when I booked it. We booked just a couple days before arriving so I didn't have time to send them a check so I had to use credit card. Otherwise, everything was GREAT!!!

Beware of management co. They lie in listing

Emerald Coast Destination Inc listed this unit with complimentary beach chair service. The listing said to let beach services know when we arrived to get our chairs. Beach services told me our unit didnt have chairs included. I called ECDI to see about this. The lady i spoke with said she didnt see it in the listing but she would have someone reach back out to us. I then sent the listing agent a email stating the issue. They told me there was two chairs in closet of our unit that we could use. Thats what the listing meant by complimentary chairs included. I asked why i needed to let beach services know if i was going to use chairs from closet of unit. The response was that i did not need to but that was the chairs for us to use. I talked with beach services and found out the cost. I then sent another email requesting ECDI to refund me that amount or to contact beach services about making the chairs available like the listing said. Crickets.. I will never rent this unit or any other managed by ECDI. Other than this chair issue the bed sheets felt cheap and rough.Bed in master was absolutely wore out and very cheap uncomfortable mattress. The bed creeked and poped with any movement while sleeping. Seating in living area is limited to 4 people with only one couch and a chair. The are much better units out there to rent. I vacation 4 or 5 times a summer to PCB and this has been our least favorite.

Nice but could be better

We arrived and loved the condo. There were dirty dishes in the cupboards, the trash can lid had something like chocolate pudding all over it. There was black hair in the master bathtub. The master bathroom closet doors were not closing and would “push in”.Beds were comfortable. However, the couch needs replaced. One corner was badly sunk in. One of the footstools was caved in on the top. My puppy found 2 different colors socks (not ours) and some goldfish crackers (also not ours), so the cleaning crew definitely needs to do better for what we paid! Also, we were unlucky with who we booked through because most other owners included beach chairs and umbrella. Ours was cheap and did not and we had to pay 45 a day. The pool was fine. Loved the music and the tiki bar! All in all we had a great time but would definitely book somewhere else next time. Parking and beach chairs should be included.

The condo is great - exactly as shown on the website! The amenities are great and being on the 5th floor (same as walk over) was handy! The living room set up would be tough for larger groups - a sectional sofa would be perfect!
