Little corner of paradise in a green setting on Aix, with its rows of vines,
Ideal place to relax.
You can stroll by the River (the Arc) and go hiking from the house and enjoy your barbecue evenings away from the large terrace.

The 135 m2 house has a 4000 m2 garden, of which 1500 m2 are at your disposal.
1 master suite with walk-in shower and dressing room on the ground floor.
2 bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and wc.

It is located 5 minutes by car from the center of Aix,
700m from the motorway access and local shops.
It has all the usual comfort; washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, gas barbecue, electric gate, alarm and swimming pool, air conditioning in kitchen lounge.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
the house is to be made clean otherwise cleaning costs 150 € will be deducted from the deposit.

Lovely property

We had a lovely week, enjoying the pool, the garden and the stylish and well equipped villa. Thank you Muriel for the very warm welcome and your hospitallity during our stay. We loved staying at Muriel's place and would definitely recommend it.

Nice get away

The property is lovely and the host Muriel a very warm person. We really enjoyed the garden and swimming pool. The property is located on the outside of the city; hence, easy access to highway for visits to nearby towns. It also means that you hear the highway and train nearby.

Lovely villa in rural surrounding of Aix-en-Provence

We had a fantastic stay at Murieline's villa at Aix-en-Provence! Contact and check-in went smoothly; host Murieline is very friendly, thoughtful, discrete and flexible. She showed us around and welcomed us with bottles of water, wine and candy. The cosy property a and pool are surrounded by a beautiful garden and were very clean. Kitchen well equipped, also comfortable beds and shower. Master bedroom and living room airconditioned. We enjoyed staying at the pool, but Murieline also gave us some nice suggestions to visit places in the surroundings. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it !

Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem hübschen Häuschen mit Pool sehr genossen. Es ist hübsch eingerichtet, Muriel ist eine sehr liebe und führsorgliche Gastgeberin, die sich super um unser Wohl gekümmert hat. Das Städtchen Aix ist hübsch und einen Besuch wert.

Excellent séjours

Très bel endroit , très calme, a proximité du centre-ville tout en étant en pleine compagne, et disposant de toutes les commodités pour passer un agréable séjour en famille, ce qui était notre cas. Muriel la propriétaire de la maison est très gentille et disponible. Je recommande fortement cet hébergement pour les gens souhaitant profiter du soleil dans le calme de la campagne, la belle piscine et pas très loin des commerces.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Murielle. La maison est propre et bien équipée. Au calme. Les chambres sont opérationnelles et grandes (peut-être que la climatisation pour les chambres du haut serait un plus) La piscine est très agréable. Le centre ville d'Aix est facile et rapide d'accès en voiture. Bref un très bon séjour dans les environs d'Aix

Rustikale Wohlfühloase zum Entspannen

Das Anwesen liegt wenige Kilometer vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. In der Nähe (Auto gleichwohl sehr empfohlen!) gibt es eine angenehme Straße mit allem, was man braucht. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit, pragmatisch und sehr vertrauenswürdig. Wenn das Haus vermietet ist, wohnt sie in einem komplett abgetrennten Anbau hinter dem Haus. Das merkt man nicht - gibt einem aber das gute Gefühl, notfalls sofort Hilfe oder Antworten zu bekommen. Das Haus liegt frei auf einem großen Grundstück, das eine schöne Sicht erlaubt. Es ist eine gute Mischung aus Landleben und Stadtnah. Wenn der Wind ungünstig steht hört man die Autobahn ganz leicht. Ist aber selten und gar kein Problem. Es gibt Nachbarn, die man aber aufgrund der großen Grundstücke seltenst sieht oder hört. Das Anwesen hat verschiedene Sitzecken und viel Schatten. Der Pool ist leicht zu bedienen und war für ins groß genug. Er ist vorne auch flach genug für kleinere Kinder. Einen Zaun gibt es (zum Glück) nicht, aber falls kleinere Kinder mitkommen ein Notsystem. Unter dem großen Gartenhaus/Schuppen Dach gibt es intensiv genutzte aber gemütliche Sofas. Zudem steht dort ein großer Zusatzkühlschrank! Der Gasgrill funktioniert sehr gut und draußen gibt es den passenden Esstisch dazu. Drinnen (unten ist klimatisiert) ist es zu 6. am Tisch etwas eng. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Auch Mixer, Küchenmaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Pad Kaffeemaschine. TV und Stereoanlage sind da (haben wir aber nicht genutzt). Alle Zimmer haben einen Ventilator. Der Master Bedroom unten im Splitlevel ist schön und hat eine integrierte, schöne Dusche und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Die Toilette ist separat und lässt sich auch als Gästetoilette bzw Gemeinschaftstoilette nutzen. Nach oben zu den beiden Zimmern führt eine enge Wendeltreppe. Nasse Füße und Kleinkinder sind da keine gute Idee. ABER das Gepäck lässt sich sehr angenehm über eine Außentreppe hochbringen. Aix en Pvc ist wunderschön und gepflegt. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist ein guter Kletterpark. Die Umgebung bietet alles!! Stadtleben, Kultur, Natur, Wein, Gastronomie, Sport... sagenhaft. Die Eigentümerin gibt gerne und gute Tipps. Ich empfehle das Haus für jede Familie und Gruppe, die entspannen möchte, aber auch aktiv ist, die es gemütlich aber auch rustikal mag (und nicht erwartet, dass überall Deutsche DIN Vorschriften gelten). Vielen Dank unserer liebenswürdigen Gastgeberin.

Fantastic stay with a fantastic host

Just enjoyed a week at this beautiful villa. The location was just perfect for a quiet relaxing time but we also hired a car to get about and see more of area for our busy days. Murieline the owner was a fantastic host who has thought of everything including all the essentials for when we arrived, coffee, bread, milk, croissants, jams and even some local wine, all complimentary! On the first day she gave us some great advice about where to go and places to visit and then gave us the space to enjoy the villa and our family holiday. Would thoroughly recommend this place and will definitely be back. Thank you so much Murieline x

La maison est spacieuse, agréable, la climatisation était un vrai plus compte tenu des températures estivales. L’extérieur est vraiment top. La piscine, le grand jardin avec plusieurs salons d’extérieurs, le barbecue... nous avions l’impression d’être perdus en pleine nature tout en étant à 5km du centre ville d’Aix! Muriel a toujours été disponible à l’écoute et soucieuse de notre bien être, d’une gentillesse incroyable. Nous recommandons cette location sans la moindre hésitation!
