Gite l'Atelier du Peintre

Welcome to this house which has housed a few artists, the last of which was Vera BRAUN, who set up his studio there and lived there until 1998.
All newly renovated, we have preserved in the state the large living room which served as Workshop and have arranged the rest of the house in a large holiday home where you can enjoy the large rooms but also a beautiful and spacious garden quiet: on the ground floor, a large living room with a dining area, a lounge area and large screen TV, and a kitchen fully equipped and equipped (American fridge XL, freezer, oven and microwave, dishwasher ...). On one level also, you can enjoy a beautiful room in "suite" mode with a lounge area in front of a huge fireplace and bathroom
adjoining (large Italian shower + WC + basin).

Upstairs, children or adolescents will be completely independent in a large room (3 single beds with a lounge area + sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional people).
On the landing, the second bathroom with bath + basin + WC will allow them to keep their floor "good to them"!

On this floor you will also find a very large salon previously the painter's studio.
Two large garden areas, one at the front and the other at the back of the house, will ensure you good moments of relaxation and leisure with family or friends. Evening aperitif and barbecue assured!

Contrairement à ce qu'on a comme impression normalement, la réalité de cet hébergement est bien plus belle que sur les photos.Ré-aménagement bien pensé et hyper confortable avec ses trois suites, chambres SDB/Douche moderne et WC.A recommander les yeux fermés.Personnellement, si je retourne en vacances dans le coin, c'est là que je louerai.

Un gîte formidable pour la famille

Nous avons passé deux semaines formidables chez Agnès et François. Le gîte est superbe, bcp d'espace et toutes les commodités, deux jardins et la piscine pour profiter et faire des activités avec les enfants. L'emplacement à St Maurice de Lignon est très bien pour rayonner sur les villes alentours et faire toutes les activités estivales : marchés, fermes, randonnée, vélo, accrobranche, baignade, visites... Un séjour merveilleux en famille.

Un super séjour

La maison est rénovée avec goût. Les chambres et les espaces de vie sont spacieux. Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente le mieux possible et les équipements sont très appropriés compte tenu du nombre de personnes à accueillir. Beaucoup de mouches dans la maison dû à un été très sec et à la proximité de chevaux... des moustiquaires aux fenêtres et aux portes seraient utiles ! Mais vraiment un très chouette endroit !

Wat n prachtige gîte

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Gîte Atelier du Peintre. De communicatie met de eigenaars verliep vlot en goed. De gîte overtrof onze verwachtingen. Zowel qua grootte als comfort als voldoend aan moderne verwachtingen (elke kamer een eigen badkamer). N ideale gîte voor een aangename familievakantie waarbij er voldoende ruimte is voor iedereen. De omgeving is prachtig en heel groen. Het zwembad is gerieflijk en groter dan het zwembad op de foto’s oogt. Het enige dat een minpuntje is, zijn de vele stalvliegen die afkomen op de dieren in de wei naast de gîte.

Maison à la campagne

Maison idéalement située, calme avec beaucoup de charme bien équipée seul bémol pas de chauffage mais la propriétaire nous a apporté des chauffages d'appoint. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
