The views from the terrace of the property were lovely. It was spacious for two, clean and simple.The set up of the space was organized and we had everything we needed. The space is perfect, in town and walkable to everything.

Das Appartement mitten in der Einkaufszone von Cadiz hat eine tolle Lage und die Dachterrasse ist richtig toll. Die Stufen sind realistisch beschrieben, sie sind hoch und nicht gleich. Darauf war ich eingestellt. Nicht erwartet hatte ich, die minimalistische Ausstattung. Es gab genau 2 Kaffeetassen, ansonsten nur kleine Esspressotassen. Kein Wasserkocher, keine Teekanne, Töpfe und Pfannen nur rudimentär, die größere Pfanne nicht mehr benutzbar. Es gab genau einen Mülleimer - ohne Deckel. Ich habe dann sowohl Kaffeetassen, wie auch einen kleinen Eimer mit Deckel für den Biomüll besorgt. Das Geschirr und die Gläser waren nicht wirklich sauber, Eispuren am Teller, ein zerbrochenes Glas im Schrank, haben mich dann alles einmal im Geschirrspüler durchspülen lassen. Ähnlich war es mit der Dunstabzugshaube die man kaum anfassen mochte. Das Sofa ist verdreckt und durchgesessen - ich mochte da nicht drauf sitzen.. Der Toilettensitz ist lose und wackelt hin und her, die eine Schraube ist festgegammelt, die andere dreht durch. Oberflächlich war die Toilette sauber, allerdings bei dem Versuch sie zu richten, kam dann doch ein Ekelgefühl auf. Das Bett ist auf keinen Fall 2 m lang. Das sollte man wissen, wenn man das Appartement bucht. Durchgelegen ist die Matratze auch. Wirklich schade. Denn vom Schnitt her ist das Appartement wirklich gut und die Terrasse eine der schönsten in ihrer Großzügigkeit.

Lovely Caditz

Excellent location very central, very comfortable for 2people. Very well stocked with basic requirements.no beech towels but Michael made available on request.c P&C from Dublin Need to highlight no elevator and you have to climb 60 very steep steps to get to the apartment.

The apartment is great. The location is in the citycenter. Paid parking is a 5 min. walk. All the touristik highlights can be visited are on a walking distance. Don't forget to take a guided free tour (2 hours). Start from the City hall plaza

Cadiz is a gem of a City. Having spent 16 nights and days here we are still discovering more wonderful places to visit. The city unfolds like a beautiful flower , When the streets empty if crues ship revellers . The magic of the place comes to life . We will return to this wonderful place . We would like to spend s year .

Great location

The apartment is in a great area, close to all the sites and train station. Perfect for two people and well equipped. Spent lots of time on the terrace overlooking the rooftops. The host was there when we arrived and showed us around the apartment and its facilities. As mentioned by previous reviews the steps can be daunting but thats the price to pay for the view.

A good base for a stay in the old town

The apartment was clean, comfortable and adequately equipped. The view of the surroundings from the rooftop terrace was memorable and the terrace well equipped with chairs, table and awning. It would have been helpful to have been told in advance that the flat is reached by several flights of steep stairs with a total of 66 steps. We might also have benefitted from a set of instructions for the various appliances in the flat and from suggestions as to how to visit various places of interest. Overall however, a great place to stay to visit a wonderful city.

Für uns war alles perfekt, die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. + das Highlight war die Terrasse - die 4. Etage war - insbesondere mit Gepäck - eine kleine Herausvorderung

An apartment where you can really enjoy your vacation

The apartment is on a great place, close to everything. The best is still the terrase where we spent most of our time. During the night it's nice and quiet, so we could sleep well In finnish: Asunto on todella hyvällä paikalla kävelykadun varrella. Terassi on todella tilava ja aina löytyy sekä aurinkoa että varjoa. Suosittelen. Tosin koska asunto on 4. Kerroksessa eikä hissiä ole, ei asunto sovi liikuntaesteisille. Yöllä oli mukavan hiljaista koska asunnon kohdalla ei ole ravintolaa tai baaria. Wonderful location and apartment

The apartment was wonderful, we spent a lot of time out on the terrace and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare basic meals. Thanks very much for the hospitality, would absolutely stay again!
