Completely renovated early 2015, Atico 2 has 5 beds (1 double bed and double sofa bed in the living room). The kitchen, bathroom, floors, paintings, interior and exterior furnishings are brand new in 2015.
On the solarium, a small private pool and sun loungers await.
The Atico 2 is equipped with two air conditioned new Daikin and free private WIFI.
Also located within the Coralmar urbanization, 3 large swimming pools and the beach of Cala Tarida with its bars and restaurants are the perfect setting for your holiday in Ibiza.

Excellent stay, beautiful views

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay, the apartment was clean and well equipped, the beds were particularly comfortable. Lovely big fridge freezer, air con in the lounge worked very well. You have a choice of pools to use, which were very clean and well maintained. Patrick was very helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here.

L'appartement était conforme aux photos : propre, spacieux et agréable avec tout le nécessaire. Très belle vue sur la mer. Patrick s'est montré disponible et de très bon conseils même hors saison. Je vous recommande vivement cet appartement !!

Heerlijk verblijf met waanzinnig dakterras en zwembad

Het was een heerlijke accommodatie, met vriendinnen een week verbleven. Prachtig uitzicht, rustige buurt supermarkt om de hoek en het dakterras met zwembad was top! Wij komen zeker terug!

Na ja das Objekt ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Gute vorweg : die Aussicht und Lage waren traumhaft. die Infrastruktur und die Sauberkeit lassen zu wünschen übrig. Schade ich würde der Pflege mehr Beachtung schenken.

Super appartement et rooftop !

L’appartement est vraiment super. La piscine/ jacuzzi est un vrai atout pour l’appartement !! Parfait pour 2/3 personnes :) Patrick est vraiment super sympa, il donne de super conseils , adresses et est toujours à l’écoute tout au long du séjour si besoin ! De loin ma meilleure relation avec un hôte ! Allez y les yeux fermés :)

Leider ist das Objekt etwas stärker in die Jahre gekommen als es auf den Bildern da gestellt wird. Die Lokation ist ansich toll bedarf aber ein wenig Renovierungsarbeiten vor allem auf der Terasse. Im Schlafzimmer ist keine Klimaanlage . Ausblick sehr schön

Prima appartement met heerlijk dakterras

Klein maar fijn vakantie appartement. Geweldig dakterras met eigen zwembad en prachtig uitzicht over 2 grotere gezamenlijke zwembaden en zee. Goede locatie op loopafstand van strand en leuke restaurants.

l emplacement de la residence est agreable...malheureusement, le service ne suit pas...pas d acceuil...appartement non prepare...sejour de 10 jours, avec aucun passage du menage...une serviette par personne a l arrivee, non changees durant le sejour...draps non change durant le sejour...sur 10 jours dans un endroit chaud ou l on transpire, changer draps et serviettes tout les 3 jours serait normal. 1 rouleau de papier hygienique par personne pour 10 jours. Dommage.

L'appartamento è ben rifinito e curato. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario. Il complesso in cui è inserito è molto tranquillo e di livello. La proprietà si è dimostrata molto attenta e ci ha fornito tutti i consigli e il supporto necessari a vivere al meglio la nostra esperienza a Ibiza. La zona è piena di attrazioni e di posti carini dove cenare o passare la serata.
