Cathy offers her charming apartment hyper city center on the 3rd floor with elevator. You have a parking space in the basement (free during your stay).
You will find all the comfort:
    - Two bedrooms: 1 bedroom (140 bed)
    - Bed linen and towels provided free of charge.
- 1 bedroom (bed BZ 140)
    - 1 cot sheets and 1 booster chair .
- Bathroom with shower-hair dryer-towels towels shower products etc .... you have a washing machine .
- Fully equipped kitchen: fridge freezer, oven and electric hob, dishwasher, coffee machines filter and pod etc ... kettle, dryer .
- Kitchen open to the large living room (30 square meters)
     - table with four chairs, six seater corner sofa, television.
Living room opening onto a balcony with a small table and two folding chairs + 2 high chairs.
Bathroom with bath and shower, washing machine .
- separate toilet.


The apartment is very close to the AVENUE DE CHAMPAGNE (classified UNESCO) where are located the cellars of MOET AND CHANDON, MERCIER DE CASTELLANE, etc ...) the traders are at the foot of the building, very quiet, 10 minutes walk.

This is a nice appartment, walking distance to all interesting places in Epernay. Good for two couples or a family and has all you need for a vaccation. Cathy is a very glad and welcomming host.

Apartment is located in the city center, you can walk to everything easily. We had a car but only used it for trips to champagne houses outside of Épernay. Our host was wonderful, explained everything (that you google translate) We will book again when in Épernay knowledge of Fr

Great apartment in amazing location

The apartment is comfortable and clean with a fantastic location in the wonderful town of Epernay (and it's champagne!). Cathy was very communicative and met us for check-in and check-out. Thankfully, my friend speaks French (as Cathy does). Would stay here again!

Lovely place

This was a wonderful person for myself, my husband and my father in law. Lovely size flat, clean and motility friendly. The owner was extremely nice and helpful giving us tips and suggestions of what to do around in the city. We are very thankful of her attentions and also to have stayed at her place.

quick stop in Epernay

This apartment is exactly what we expected. Perfect location, well decorated, and comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked and we were greeted by Cathy with a smile and instructions. Two of us got sick so the location of the pharmacy and grocery store within the block was a relief. Also, the bedrooms were so cozy, it helped in our healing. I totally recommend her place for a visit to this city.

Absolutely fabulous and homely

A very homely apartment. From the start the booking process was easy and I found Cathy very easy to communicate with. The apartment was very clean and had all that we required and more. It was in a great location and the secure car spot was very convenient. I would have no hesitation in staying here again. Cathy was a very accommodating host who made sure we had all we needed as well as information about the area.

Epernay Perfection

I can’t say enough good things about Cathy’s home. We feel fortunate to have found it. We visited Reims and Epernay champagne houses using this as home base. Culinary choices are close by and extraordinary. Be sure to book restaurants ahead if you can. Cathy thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We can’t wait to return! Merci

A very comfortable apartment in the middle of Epernay

A taste of champagne

Neat, tidy, very well situated apartment, lift up to apartment. Well equipped. Great to have underground secure parking. Easy access to Rue de Champagne! Shops a few minutes walk away. Easy to get the train to Reims for more exploring. Cathy was very helpful and friendly, loved the bottle of champagne welcoming us to Epernay.

The best place in Epernay

I've stayed in many rental apartments over the years but this one is one of the best. Cathy is very welcoming and very helpful. The apartment has everything you could possibly need: the kitchen is well equipped, linen plentiful and clean. The apartment was sparkling and the decor lovely. The location is perfect to walk everywhere in Epernay. The free underground parking was very much appreciated. There was even a bottle of champagne waiting for us!

Cathy Home / Epernay

The apartment is greatly situated in the centre and the parking place is safe and absolute must in this location. The apartment itself is clean and perfectly equipped, now even better than five years ago, when we first visited Cathy’s place. Cathy’s welcoming was again so friendly and warm and the familiar champagne bottle was already waiting for us in the fridge. Altogether, the visit was excellent and we surely will select this apartment next time we will visit Epernay.

Wonderful in Epernay

This VRBO apartment was perfect for us. The owner met us to help us get into the building and also gave us some very helpful recommendations for our stay in Epernay. We were using a Google translate to communicate but that worked out just fine. You can walk to all of the chateaus on Champagne Avenue so enjoy your tastings and you do not have to drive. As advertised, the rental comes with it's own safe, secure parking inside under the building. The furnishings and bedding were very nice. We sat out on the small balcony our final night sipping some champagne and eating chocolate from a nearby shop. If we ever come back to Epernay we will stay again.

Cathy was so great. Our French was vey naff and get English not Much but through animation and her friend, we figured it all out. We were so ridged checking in because we had a prior appointment but Cathy did the best she could to speed us through the check in process. My husband says he wishes we had time to have a drink with her because she really did seem like a lovely person. The apartment was aces as far as we are concerned. Spacious with awesome decor, so cute that I might steal decorating ideas. Location was optimal and plarking, once you learn to find your car, was easy. We really hope to come back to rent Cathy's apartment soon! Thank you Cathy for opening your home to us!

Wonderful apartment in perfect location with secure garage

We couldn't have been happier with this apartment as base for our 2 week stay in the Champagne Region. Epernay is a beautiful little city and the apartment is perfectly located within the city. Plenty of grocery stores, bakeries, cafes and restaurants within just a couple hundred meters. The underground parking garage was spacious, clean and very convenient as we drove out each day to explore the countryside, and the reserved parking spot was certainly a great extra. The apartment itself is certainly well appointed, having everything needed for our stay. The washer and dryer came in very handy and the modern, spacious elevator was an unexpected bonus for this third floor apartment. Cathy was a most gracious hostess and it was fun being able to practice our little bit of French with her. Her suggestions for places to see and restaurants to visit were most helpful also. We may not have the occasion to stay long-term in Epernay again, but if we do, we will most certainly want to stay encore, chez Cathy. Merci pour tout
