Amenities include wifi, laundry, fireplace, 3 smart TV's, barbecue, side patio, front porch, and top quality linens. Another rental is on the attached property and shares a backyard patio. Close to hospital, Ironman start, CdA Resort, lake, and City Beach. 45 minutes to airport.

I run the North Idaho CASA Program for victims of child abuse and neglect (northidahocasa.com). I occasionally rent my home and an adjacent studio ("Downtown Coeur d'Alene Studio) for extra income (as I work for a non-profit) to support my family.

This is my main home that I rent when I travel for extra income.
What makes this property unique
The home is super cute, very clean with a great floor plan. Its location to downtown's dining and shopping make for a great place to stay. Uber is $5 to nearby bars.
