The property has 57 mature trees, four shaded deck areas that sit well away from the main house, ample parking, and a fire pit for your enjoyment. The Casita has its own laundry area, and a private deck with a grill. Vehicles are parked within the gated property, offering safety and privacy. This cozy studio is brand new; outfitted to meet all your needs for relaxation, study, and rest.
