Outpost: Private Pool in Watercolor Lake District! Golf Cart and Bikes!

Located in one of the quietest and most sought-after areas of WaterColor, Florida, Bluestem Cottage offers an exceptional outdoor living experience. Enjoy a heated private pool, premium gas grill, and a cozy outdoor lounge featuring a gas fireplace and 55" TV.

24 Bluestem Lane is conveniently situated just 0.65 miles from both Camp WaterColor and the WaterColor Beach Club, and only 0.15 miles from the Frog Pool. The charming town of Seaside is just 0.75 miles away. Up to 10 WaterColor Amenity passes are included with your stay, ensuring access to all the community has to offer.

Exploring the area is easy with the home’s 6-seater golf cart and 4 bicycles, provided by La Dolce Vita. The pool is not heated by default. However, pool heating is available during cooler months for an additional daily fee.

Other Things to Note:

- There are two security cameras located on the exterior of the property. One camera is positioned to face the front entrance of the home. The second camera is positioned to face the back entrance of the home. These cameras do not capture any interior spaces.

A four bedroom home (three with kings and one bunk room) with three full baths and two half baths. A private pool, outdoor fireplace, outdoor television, and just steps away from the State Forest. A very quiet retreat that close to everything!

FIRST FLOOR

Open-concept living, dining, and kitchen with 12 foot ceilings and built in speakers powered by Sonos. Wolf range and Subzero fridge complete the kitchen.

Master ensuite on the ground floor features a king sized bed, 55" tv, and access to the outdoor lounge. The bathroom contains double vanity sinks, stand up shower, soaking tub, and walk-in closet.

The ground level also features a mudroom that doubles as the pantry with a large sized washer dryer, and laundry sink.

SECOND FLOOR

Upstairs landing opens into a family area with a large couch surrounded with Serena and Lily poofs. There's a game area with a built in bench, long table, and 55" TV. Right off the living area is the bunk room that can be closed off with barn doors.

Walk through the hallway and you'll pass two built-in XL twin beds. At the end of the hallway is a jack-n-jill bathroom shared by the family area and upstairs King bedroom. Right across from it is the last room with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a stand up shower.

We truly enjoyed our stay on Blue Stem lane. The layout of the house is perfect for families and the golf cart was definitely a plus. The beach is a hike but manageable with the golf cart. The proximity to Camp Watercolor was also a plus. This was our first time staying in watercolor (we normally stay in Rosemary) and we will definitely be back.

The property was immaculate with many extras (normal size dish soap and laundry detergent, extra rolls of paper towels and toilet paper, beach chairs, ice chests, etc) that were much appreciated! The location was not far from our normal spots, but it was not as bikeable as we have grown accustomed to in years past. Also, we used the grill quite a bit, but had to eat inside because there was no table outside. These two comments were small things in the scheme of things. We would consider staying here again for sure!

Property was beautiful, at least as nice as pictured. Also has everything you need for a great experience—towels, beach chairs and umbrella, bikes, and golf cart. Great selection of pots, pans, glasses etc as well in the kitchen. Property manager was super responsive when we had a couple minor issues come up, getting someone on site to help resolve in a few hours. By far the best rental we have ever stayed at - fantastic overall experience. Hope to be back in the future!

The property covers every detail for a pleasurable beach vacation experience. Best house in Watercolor yet!

We have been renting houses in Watercolor for over 10 years and this house was the best one yet. It is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The owners have thought of everything that guests might need or want for their stay. The house was very clean and the management company was so prompt in answering any questions we had, both before and during our stay. The location is excellent--a quick bike ride or walk over the bridge to the beach. The golf cart and pool were added luxuries. We have only the highest reviews for this property!

One of the best

Clean, comfortable, well-situated, perfect for families. Our only frustrations were the overly complex tv and lighting controls. We felt like we needed a week’s training course at MIT before our visit. Some towel racks in the bathrooms would have been nice as well. We loved having use of the golf cart but could have used some more bikes. Overall, a great property.

What a great property and house this was. It was nice to have our own pool and a little bit of space between the other houses. The outdoor deck and fireplace and TV are a great place to gather at night. The house is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here.
