Beautiful 4 bedroom duplex apartment on the 3rd and last floor of 116m2 dedicated to family stays.

On the ground floor of the apartment, entrance with WC and hand basin.
A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker ...), open to the dining room.
Very cozy lounge with TV, DVD player and Broadband Internet office space.
Balcony facing south with breathtaking views of the slopes. Possibility of being 4 at the table outside.
Parental suite (140 cm bed) with its bathroom with shower and WC.

Upstairs of this duplex, a second very spacious master suite with bathroom with shower, WC and Sauna (2 single beds or 1 single bed).
A third spacious master suite with bathroom with shower, WC (2 beds in 80 or 1 bed in 160).
A very spacious children's room with 4 beds.
The apartment has lots of cupboards and cupboards including in the bedrooms.

About the ski area:
It is in the middle of the Alps, halfway between Chamonix and Geneva, that the Grand Massif nicknamed the "snow attic" welcomes winter sports enthusiasts on a ski area with character and contrasts. The Grand Massif connected ski area, connecting Morillon to Samoëns, Les Carroz, Flaine and Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval, is made up of 148 runs: 20 green runs for beginners, 64 blue runs and 50 red runs intended for skiers intermediate level as well as 14 black runs for experienced skiers for 265 km of skiing (175 km regulated) with Mont Blanc as a permanent backdrop: beautiful skiing for all!

Wonderful cosy apartment on the slopes

We wanted an apartment with extras for a special holiday near the ski lifts. This did just that. It was magical being in the snow at Christmas. We were 2 families with a total of 4 teenage boys so the extra toilet and shower rooms were very useful. The cosy lounge just about seated 8 of us for a Christmas film and the dining table worked for us to all have Christmas dinner together. We had snow the first few days but the road was clear by the time we left. This apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift but we managed fine. The stairs in the apartment may be difficult for young children and older people but there is a downstairs bedroom and shower room.

Skiing on your doorstep

This is a lovely apartment and very convenient for the slopes and shopping. There is a boulangerie under the apartment and a supermarket about 2 minutes away. It is 3 floors up with no lift but we did not find that a problem. Be aware that in the description 'bed linen provided' means supplied at a cost and the compulsory cleaning costs seem very high. The ski lockers provided plenty of safe storage in the basement garage. Although the kitchen was small it is well designed and it provided a generous amount of glassware and dishes. We would happily book again and would certainly recommend it.

Duplex très confortable

Semaine agréable dans cet appartement décoré avec goût et bien équipé. Le sauna, la terrasse et les salles de bains privatives dans les chambres sont un plus. Néanmoins, les pièces sont plus petites que l'impression donnée par les photos (le salon est petit pour le nombre de personnes maximum autorisé) et le poêle à bois n'est pas utilisable. Malgré cela, nous avons passé une très belle semaine. La propriétaire est très réactive. Merci à elle !

Belle appartement, chaleureux. Très bon accueil de Pascaline, nous avons pu disposer de l’appartement pour 14h00 ce qui est très confortable avec des enfants. Situé à proximité des commerces et près des pistes. Très bon séjour passé en famille et d’avoir chacun sa salle de bain est un plus.

Appartement très bien décoré, on se croirait dans un chalet ! Des vacances entre amis au pied des pistes !

L’appartement était tel que décrit. Au pied des pistes et des jeux de plein air pour les enfants, c’était parfait. Il est spacieux, cosy, bien équipé et avec de nombreuses salles de bain ce qui facilite l’organisation pour tout le monde ! Tout était prêt pour nous permettre de passer un bon séjour ! Attention aux échardes avec des petits bébés à 4 pattes, et aussi je recommanderai de changer le lit parapluie qui semble avoir fait son temps et n’a pas voulu se déplier correctement de tout le séjour. Un grand merci à Pascaline pour l’accueil ! Nous recommandons ce logement

Wir waren enttäuscht.

In der, auf den 1. Blick schönen Wohnung entpuppten sich leider gravierende Mängel, die auf eine nur oberflächliche Versorgung der Wohnung schließen lassen. Die betreuende Person der Wohnung war zwar immer per sms, WhatsApp oder Telefon erreichbar, hat aber keines der Probleme gelöst und ist nie vorbei gekommen, weil sie anscheinend immer Anderes zu tun hatte. Wir haben es schließlich aufgegeben, sie beim Auftreten weiterer Probleme vergeblich zu bemühen und sind 2 Tage früher (auch weil das Skigebiet wegen Schneemangel geschlossen war) abgereist. Auch zur Abreise hatte Pascaline keine Zeit, den Schlüssel in Empfang zu nehmen und wir haben auf eine von ihr angekündigte Ersatzperson vor unserer Abfahrt vergeblich 1 Stunde gewartet. Als positiv empfanden wir die Freudlichkeit der Leute in Esserts. Besonders der sehr gute Bäcker mit kleiner Pizzeria im Erdgeschoss des Hauses ist empfehlenswert. Ebenfalls positiv empfanden wir die Kinderfreundlichkeit im Ort und die direkte Lage zu den Liftanlagen für Kinder und Anfänger (wenn Schnee gelegen hätte).

L’appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien décoré ! Nous étions 3 couples et deux enfants ! Pascaline qui s’occupe de l’appartement et Juliette ont été très réactives quand on en avait besoin ! En face du télésiège, à 5’ à pied de la garderie, le sherpa a 2’ à pied. Franchement on avait jamais eu mieux au ski. Mille merci !!

Excellent séjour aux Esserts

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Morillon, station où nous allons chaque année depuis plus de 10 ans. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié d’avoir un appartement très propre et très bien équipé (suffisamment de vaisselle, d’ustensiles de cuisine…). Le fait d’arriver en ayant les lits faits était vraiment un plus. Merci à Pascaline pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité!

VIVE LA MONTAGNE

Séjour à MORILLON très agréable dans un duplex confortable, spacieux, accueillant et chaleureux avec vu imprenable sur les télésièges :) L'emplacement est parfait, calme, reposant avec les commerces à proximité, sans oublier le bar à vin où le propriétaire a une véritable connaissance sur ses produits du terroir. A tout cela, n'oublions pas Vincent, qui a su nous accueillir avec bienveillance, ponctualité et réactivité sur un soucis de tuyauterie. Vraiment, une superbe semaine avec une belle météo, à nous les randonnées et les paysages somptueux mais aussi un emplacement parfait avec le petite village de SAMOENS situé à quelques kilomètres du logement et le RAFTING pour les plus sportifs. Duplex à recommander, juste faire attention aux échardes :( Blanche (50)

Séjour agréable sous la neige

Agréable appartement, confortable. La décoration vieux bois est chaleureuse ,cosy mais non adaptée aux enfants en bas âge ( échardes ++ ).La cuisine est bien équipée.Nous avons passé un très séjour en famille, la neige étant au Rdv, pas de ski possible cause Covid, mais de belles balades en raquettes.

Mooi appartement

Het appartement ligt op de 3e verdieping van een vrij oud complex (geen lift). Dat het oud is zie je vooral terug in de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes (oa de ski-lockers). Het appartement bestaat uit 2 samengevoegde appartementen die mooi en stijlvol verbouwd zijn. Kamers zijn ruim en alles was ook heel schoon. Beter kan het gehuurde linnengoed, dat zo te zien al enige tijd mee gaat. Ook een bank met brandschade met een kleedje erover vinden wij niet echt top. Pluspunt is dat het appartement vlakbij de skiliften ligt en je hebt ook mooi uitzicht op de piste.

Spacieux, confortable, déco sympa, parfaitement équipé et excellente communication avec les propriétaires ! Situé à quelques mètres des pistes et du rdv de l'école de ski. Le jardin d'enfant pour les plus petits est à 3 minutes à pied seulement. Tout est réuni pour une belle semaine de vacances à plusieurs familles à la montagne dans un très beau domaine skiable !

Absolutely fabulous

The property is really great, as seen on the photos. It has a very cosy and spacious feeling about it. It is warm and you feel at home straight away. There is enough space for a large group without feeling crowded. The location is excellent right in the middle of the village with the bakery just at the bottom of the building and the pistes in front of you. We were welcome on time and the people greeting us were friendly and helpful. We didn’t use the food delivery service and would definitively do next time. We love it and would come back for sure!
