60m2 apartment located on the port of Mèze 30 minutes from Montpellier.
It is a type 3 on the 4th and last floor. The view is splendid on the Etang de Thau. Crossing what makes it airy and bright.
The apartment was completely renovated in June 2018.
He understands :
- the living room with the fully equipped kitchen overlooks the 20m2 terrace with a view of the port of Mèze, Sète and its surroundings. Equipment: Induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
- A master bedroom with its 160cm double bed with box spring that can be raised.
- A large attic room with 2 beds. Each 80 x 200 bed can be enlarged to be 160cm wide.
The 2 bedrooms open onto a tropezian terrace of around 10 m2 with views of the hinterland and Cap d'Agde

The beach is a few steps away. Access to the center and all amenities.

Joli appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé. Emplacement idéal à 5mn à pied de 2 plages, vue magnifique sur le port. Loris s est montré disponible et accueillant. Je recommande à 100%!

Une vue splendide
Un accueil chaleureux du propriétaire, dans un appartement traversant très agréable. En plus des 2 terrasses, alliant ombre et soleil tout au long de la journée, j'ai apprécié la vue sur le port et ses petites plages, le centre du village et ses commerces accessibles à pied. J’appréhendais la chaleur sous les toits sans climatisation, mais non tous c'est très bien passé. Il suffit de faire un courant d'air entre les deux terrasses. A recommander.

Un emplacement exceptionnel
Superbe appartement, vraiment agréable à vivre avec ses 2 terrasses, sa cuisine américaine très fonctionnelle, sa salle de douche moderne, sa situation au coeur de la ville et de ses animations et surtout sa vue exceptionnelle sur le port, l'étang de Thau et le Mont Saint Clair ! Super vacances. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Tout était parfait
L'appartement terrasse est très bien placé sur le port de Mèze. Il est rénové avec goût et il est très fonctionnel. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
