This small villa is located in the heart of the town of Soulac sur mer, close to shops, the main street, the market, cafes and restaurants, banks, tourist office, cinema .... and the central beach .
With a large main room bedroom / living room, it can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed and 2 bunk beds). It has a large kitchen, a large shower room with separate wc and a large garden (to be shared) practical for parking a vehicle. It benefits from all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay (technical sheet sent by email on request).
