Muriel, our concierge will welcome you and will do the inventory of your departure and remains available in case of problems. Not staying on site, I am available by phone and e-mail, being in regular contact with the person who gives you the keys, I am very responsive if a problem arises.
Included in the rental, 240 * 260 duvets and blankets, pillows with their protective covers, mattress pads (for hygienic reasons), you can rent bed linen and towels from the Conciergerie which provides this service.
