AIR CONDITIONING and HEATING:
Some surprises were unpleasant on the air conditioning in summer and the heating in winter!
Everyone has their habits, but we don't want to take responsibility for them.

In summer and in the winter season (October to May) we will therefore take an electricity reading (beginning and end of stay).
By paying attention (as at home), the efficient heating/air conditioning system, and by using the programming made, there is no extraordinary additional cost.

For stays of more than 2 weeks, we will also ask you for a contribution on your water + electricity consumption.

Please leave the house as clean as when you arrived, if you have moved furniture, objects, put them back in their original place.
Often we welcome another family on the same day, it is important that they can settle in immediately in optimal comfort!

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt

Kurz vor Eyguières riefen wir Maryse an, die uns als Kontaktort den P der Gendarmerie Nationale angab. Er ist sehr leicht zu finden und In unmittelbarer Nähe des Ferienhäuschens. In der geschlossenen Anlage gibt es etwa 80 Einheiten, die mehrheitlich von Einheimischen bewohnt werden. Das Häuschen entspricht genau den Angaben im Inserat. Ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr ruhig. Das Schwimmbassin wird jeweils am 1.6. in Betrieb genommen und befindet sich auf der anderen Strassenseite innerhalb des Areals. In Gehdistanz befinden sich ein Intermarché, Bäckerei, Restaurant Petit Rossini, Gemüse-Fruchthändler, Tankstelle etc. Alles sehr praktisch. Maryse übergab uns den Schlüssel und gab wertvolle Tipps über das Haus und die verschiedensten Sehenswürdigkeiten in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung. In einer Schublade des Buffets hat es eine Vielzahl von Prospekten. Terrasse und Garten sind wie im Inserat, Arles, Roussilon und Gordes sind Top. Der Markt in Apt , jeweils am Samstag, ist in der Altstadt und ein Erlebnis( P zu finden schwierig also früh dort sein 08.30h. Cassis und die Bootsfahrt in die Calenques wunderbar. Auch Salon-de-Provence und Aix-en-Provence sind sehenswert. Merci Maryse et Fredo pour un sejour fantastique.

Séjour inoubliable

La propreté de la maison est irréprochable. Elle est spacieuses et offre un cadre idéal pour des vacances en famille. La clim est un vrai bonheur pour des journées trop chaude. La piscine est d'une propreté incroyable et peu fréquentée. Quand a Maryse, elle a été une personne très a l'écoute avant le séjour, et très agréable pendant . Une dame avec un dynamisme et une gentillesse immense. Merci pour ces vacances.

Les propriétaires sont adorable, la maison est top. Les conseils de Maryse et Frédo sont d une grande qualité. La maison est au centre de plein de visite possible. Immanquable. Je recommande vivement.

Super séjour

Maison très propre et dans résidence sécurisée, très calme. Idéale pour les enfants. Nous étions 5 et aucun problème de places Piscine, agréable, grande et à côté de la maison. Notre hôtesse, Maryse, est vraiment exceptionnelle : disponible, bienveillante, chaleureuse, accueillante... Merci de nous avoir aidé à découvrir votre très belle région. Intermarché, boulangerie et autres à environ 200m de la maison. Je recommande fortement.

What makes this property unique

Our family house will delight you as it delights our children and grandchildren when they come a few days. Comfortable, you will feel at home.
Nothing impersonal, beddings are very good, the kitchen is functional.
Our pool is reserved for residents, never crowded, with its space to indulge in tan! However, children must be accompanied.
At the rear of the house, the shady summer garden, the terrace where you will enjoy the quiet!
In the village of Eyguières, multiple activities, summer festivals, cultural evenings, concerts, fairs.
In addition, the Camargue, the Luberon, the Alpilles, the sea (30km), hikes, the various historic sites await you!
