Pretty little house of 41m2 with terrace and peaceful garden, ideally located 3 min by car from Futuroscope, 15 min from Poitiers city center, and close to all amenities on foot (10 min) from the center of Chasseneuil (supermarket, bakery, press, swimming pool, restaurant, bank, post office ...); It can accommodate up to 5 people maximum (adults + children). The garden is closed and locked, it is possible to put your bikes there.
The accommodation is right next to the technopole, ideal for resting during a professional stay, but also for spending a family stay to visit Futuroscope and Poitiers.
