offers a large living room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a heated swimming pool facing south, a large covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and a shaded terrace on the north side overlooking a Mediterranean garden, all in a peaceful setting. the vineyard in the heart of the golf of St Tropez.
This property is located in the hamlet of the Prés barely 5 minutes from the center of the Plan de la Tour charming Provencal village with all amenities, restaurants, bakeries, mini markets and other shops.
About 10 minutes from supermarkets and other means and large shops as well as the cinema, water park, equestrian center ... About 20 minutes by car from the beaches of St Tropez and Ste Maxime.

A very enjoyable stay!

This is a very nice property that has everything you need. We enjoyed very much the pool and the terrace for evening dinners. The mattresses are really good quality and the kitchen is really well supplied. Yannick the owner and Christine who helps for checking in and checking out are very helpful. We recommend this property highly and we’ll certainly come back. Thank you!

The place was fabulous. You have all the main spots in a radius of 100km and can reach it super quickly. The house is really well equipped and the garden is super relaxing.

Fantastic stay away

We stayed at the Villa for a week and had a very good stay. It was in a very quiet location which was perfect but close enough to major places to visit. The villa was spotlessly clean. It had everything you would want from a villa with a well stocked kitchen, bbq area and outside space. Each bedroom had air conditioning which was perfect to keep cool on a night. The owner was very easy to get hold of and answered any questions quickly and promptly. Thank you very much for a great stay. Highly recommended!!!!!

Nice and cosy retreat

We received a very friendly welcome and everything was explained to us personally, accurately and properly. The house was very nice and spacious. The pool was very clean and was regularly maintained. The house is located in a small mountain village and offers a lot of peace and quiet. To get to the attractions in the area, however, you always have to plan a 20-40 minute drive. The sanitary facilities were exceptional, as almost all bedrooms have their own bathroom. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was a plancha instead of a barbecue for outside.

Super Ferienhaus!

Unser Ferienhaus war ein Traum! Besonders ist festzustellen, dass dieses Haus extrem gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt ist.Die Vermieter und Christine waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unseren Hund auch dabei gehabt und sind auch hier sehr begeistert gewesen wie gut das in diesem Haus funktioniert hat. Es ist komplett eingezäunt, somit ist der Hund trotz Freilauf sicher! Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen wahrscheinlich auch mal wieder!

Un séjour qui tient toutes ses promesses

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons beaucoup apprécié le confort, la propreté et le calme de la maison. Le jardin est ravissant , bien aménagé et hyper agréable. La localisation au milieu des vignes assure un calme total. Il faut 5 minutes en voiture pour aller à Plan de la Tour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Traumurlaub im Traumhaus!

Was kann man mehr sagen als dass es sich um einen perfekten Urlaubsaufenthalt gehandelt hat! Das Haus ist ein Traum, die Ruhe, die tolle Ortschaft Plan de la Tour mit wirklich erstklassigen Restaurants und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um alles für den täglichen Bedarf zu bekommen! Wir haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen und auch dass die Eigentümer noch vorbeischauten und wir diese kennenlernen durften hat das alles noch abgerundet! Vielen Dank!

Sehr entspannter Urlaub!!!

Wir waren 7 Tage in dem Anwesen und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr ruhige Gegend, Strand ist ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Der Pool ist sauber und nicht zu chlorhaltig. Die Unterkunft hat alle notwendigen Ressourcen, vor allem aber hat es Charme und Charakter. Der Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns immer schnell geantwortet. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Repos et bien être

Une demeure,dans un écrin de verdure, qui assure du repos et du bien être. Un "Mas coocooning" loué pour 5 personnes. Équipements de bonnes factures ou rien ne manque. Le calme, le soleil et la piscine pour récupérer d’une année de travail ou des randonnées, ballades, visites et plages rapidement accessibles. Le charmant village "Le plan de la tour" permet la proximité de tout le nécessaire de vie et est très accueillant. Le propriétaire et tous ses prestataires sont disponibles et très agréables. On espère pouvoir y retourner très rapidement.

Ein perfekter Rückzugsort

Wir waren als Paar mit Hund unterwegs. In dem Haus haben wir uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt (eigentlich sogar schon vorher, denn der Vermieter hat die Anreise mit Tipps begleitet). Das Domizil ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Alles war perfekt sauber. Die Begrüßung war herzlich und gut organisiert. Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes stand ein Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Im Ort gibt es alles, was man braucht. Die Küstenorte mit viel Trubel sind in gut erreichbarer Nähe, Le-Plan-de-la-Tour jedoch ist eher ruhig und authentisch. Wir planen auf jeden Fall wiederzukommen!

Super Urlaub

Ich gebe sehr gerne in allen Kategorien 5 Sterne. Die Unterkunft ist super schön und extrem gepflegt. Man merkt, dass die Vermieter ein großes Interesse daran haben, dass man einen schönen Urlaub hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief perfekt und die Haushälterin vor Ort war ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit. Rundum einer unserer schönesten Urlaube. Ich kann es ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool. Innen mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir waren mit unseren zwei Hunden in dem Haus. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und die Hunde können nicht raus. Spaziergänge und Wanderungen sind direkt ab dem Haus möglich. Etwas abseits gelegen, man kann mit dem Auto aber alles in kürzester Zeit erreichen. Wir kommen geene wieder.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison très confortable. La piscine est un vrai plus. Les propriétaires sont bienveillants et disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.

Vacances tranquilles

Belle location avec tout le nécessaire.L’extérieur avec la piscine est très bien aménagé .Nous nous sommes reposés. Juste un petit bémol , il manque la climatisation . Nous avons eu près de 36 °la journée et des nuits à +20°.Les ventilos ne sont pas suffisants. Mais sinon sans problème je recommande cette location très sympathique .Tres bon accueil aussi et locataire très disponible

Wundervolles Haus in einer bezaubernden Region.

Sehr schönes, stimmiges Haus umgeben von Weinbergen. Haus und Grundstück sind sinnvoll aufgeteilt und sehr schön eingewachsen, mit ganztägig nutzbarem Pool und genügend Sitzbereichen außen. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind gut für 8 Personen geeignet. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine ordentliche Größe, allerdings ist aufgrund des kleinen angeschlossenen Bades auch das Waschbecken sehr klein (betrifft 2 Schlafzimmer). Der Kontakt mit Fam. Krau war jederzeit kurzfristig möglich. Hilfe und Informationen gab's sofort in großer Menge. Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen in einem wundervollen Haus in einer bezaubernden Region.

Ein Traumhaus mit allem was das Herz begehrt

Wir haben zum ersten Mal einen Familienurlaub in Südfrankreich gemacht und wurden nicht entäuscht: Traumhafte Landschaft, super leckeres Essen und sehr sehr freundlich Menschen. Und vor allem hatten wir dieses Traumhaus für 10 Tage als unsere Basisstation: - unglaublich schön gestaltetes Haus, Grundstück und Pool - super sauber und gepflegt, innen wir aussen. Der Pool wurde zwischendurch mehrfach durch einen Mitarbeiter gereinigt - sehr ruhige Lage inmitten der Weinberge. Gut zum Ausgehen mit dem Hund oder für eine morgentliche Joggingrunde - Pool mit 8 Liegen und ausreichend Sonnenschutz - mehr als komplett ausgestattete Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten (sogar die Betriebsanleitung für jedes Gerät lag in einer Schublade), schönem Geschirr und scharfen Küchenmessern (-: - Schöne Bäder und bequeme große Betten. - Freundlicher und schneller Kontakt mit Familie Krau, wenn Fragen waren. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
