new, very bright house with ground floor terrace equipped with table and barbecue. Clear view of the mountain and the lake. On the ground floor, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, fondue and raclette machine ...) open to the living room, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed of 160, adjoining bathroom, separate WC, large wardrobe, washing machine and dryer. On the first floor, large mezzanine with TV corner, sofa and desk, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed of 160, another bedroom with two beds (1 double bed in 140, 1 bed of 120 which can be suitable for 1 adult or 2 children), TV and DVD, bathroom and wc. 1 place garage + 1 sheltered place + 2 outdoor parking spaces. The house is very close to the cross-country ski trails (less than 500m) and 1 km from the Lac des Rousses, the shops and the village are 4km away.

Week-end entre amis pour la TransJuTrail

Un grand merci à Caroline pour nous avoir loué sa maison lors du WE de la TransJuTrail alors que c’était le WE prolongé de l’Ascension. Elle nous a accueilli personnellement le samedi matin avec un grand sourire et une sympathie immédiate. La maison est entièrement neuve , très bien agencée et meublée avec 3 grandes chambres et un grand salon-salle à manger très lumineux avec une très belle vue sur la vallée et le lac. Terrasse très bien exposée. On est a peine à 3 km du centre des Rousses et de tous ses commerces et à 500m du lac et de sa base nautique. La maison de Caroline est probablement un des meilleurs point de départ pour toutes les visites de cette région magnifique. Très belle expérience. Merci

Très belle prestation

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. La maison est fonctionnelle, avec des équipements de qualité. La vue du salon est exceptionnelle aussi bien lorsqu’il neige que lorsqu’il fait beau. Très bon accueil des propriétaires.

Un séjour très agréable

Très beau chalet, neuf, donnant directement sur le lac et les pistes de ski de fond. Une vue imprenable depuis le salon et l'étage. Très confortable, avec un très bon équipement. Parfait pour les familles (nous y étions deux couples et 4 enfants de 1 à 10 ans). Accueil très sympa.
