Bus line 3 and 4 runs right outside the apartment. the tram terminus is 800m away where 2 bus station for people allergic to walking: D. tram line 1 gives direct access to downtown valenciennes

DECEPTION

malgré des échanges ( mails et téléphone ) le propriétaire ne nous attendait pas ! nous avons dû présenter le justificatif de location. De ce fait l'appartement n'était pas nettoyé, le ménage a été fait dans l'URGENCE !!! Appartement très bruyant côté rue impossible de dormir.

concernant le justificatif, je ne vous ais a aucun moment demandé de justifier quoique se soit, c'est vous qui avez spontanément sortie un imprimé avec le récapitulatif de la location. je ne comprend donc pas pourquoi vous me le reproché, pour ce qui est du bruit désolé pour les désagréments, effectivement appartement en centre ville avec beaucoup de passage automobile et pieton

Nothing fancy, but spacious and well equipped

This apartment has two real bedrooms, a large bath with multijet shower and lots of hot water. Full kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa and a big tv. Everything works, but is a bit scruffy. Comfortable beds. Quiet at night. The neighborhood is a bit iffy, but convenient to the tram straight to Valenciennes. There is a mini mart next door, a friendly bar on the corner and a great bakery two blocks up the street.

Vriendelijke eigenaar. Wil graag helpen. Voldoende gefaciliteerd voor de prijs. Wel verouderd. (kapotte bank etc maar dat is voor deze prijs geen probleem. Schone handdoeken en beddengoed! Dus dat is fijn.
