This is a Private secluded romantic Lake front property that is spacious, airy, and well lit from skylights. Owners are away during your stay. It is 3 minutes from I-75 and 6 minutes from I-4. Centrally located in Brandon, yet hidden away from it all. The mall is 2 minutes away and every restaurant you can possibly imagine is within just a couple minutes. The peacefulness of the Lake and the birdlife that goes with it is priceless if you are looking to get away from it all. This is the place for you. Please contact us about availability.

Due to the risk of Alligators in the Lake, NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12. Please be advised, there is a $25 fee per night for each additional guest over 4 guests. Additional bedding and linens will be provided for extra guests.

House Rules: A recent party at the property has caused us to install surveillance devices on the perimeter of the property to monitor ingress and egress. These devices are for security purposes only. Once you book the property, we will provide you with additional information.

Comfy home-away-from home

Large, well-maintained guest house. Owner was not on premises so very private and secluded - but close enough to restaurants, stores, etc. to be convenient. Loved waking up looking at the lake every morning. Although signs warn of alligators, we never saw any. Enjoyed the screened-in porch. We would love to stay again next year.

Peaceful & High Quality

Very quiet and clean - all furniture and appliances etc are "upscale" and residence is well maintained. Will stay here again when visiting Tampa area. Beautiful lake view is icing on the cake.

Nice and quiet.

Upscale updated older property. Gray property manager. Awesome view of the lake from living room window, screened in front porch and front bedroom. Good wi-fi let us stream movies. Grill in back and seating area was nice. No complaints!
