Charming & bright apartment of 60m2, on the 3rd and last floor of a quiet building (no elevator). Double-glazed windows, living room overlooks street, bedroom and kitchen overlook private courtyard. Near all shops. Can accommodate up to 4 people: Double bed in the room, sofa bed comfortable in small living room closed by curtains and door. Entire rented apartment with all the equipment at your disposal (hair dryer, washing machine, bathroom scales, iron and ironing board, toaster, dishwasher, food processor, vacuum cleaner, micro-wave ...)
