Enjoy incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico from every room and any one of your three large covered balconies. This home creates the perfect family atmosphere with a spacious and open floor plan. Features include: hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless appliances, elevator servicing all floors, cable TV in every room, free Wi-Fi, DVD, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen, natural gas grill, outside shower and more. 1st Floor: pool, parking and entry. 2nd floor: Living room with sofa sleeper, full bath, kitchen and dining room. 3rd Floor: 4BR/3BA (3 Kings, 4 Twins). 4th Floor: King master suite with Jacuzzi tub and tile shower with steamer and a baby crib. This is a Saturday to Saturday rental during peak seasons. Pool heat included.

Family Gathering

Had a great time at this property. We chose this location for a meeting place for our family from SC and NY. Beautiful views, heated pool was a hit and so was the elevator. Plenty of room in this house. Had an amazing time!!

House checked all the boxes for our family. 5 BR, 5 Baths, Elevator, Pool (heated and ask for warmer and they cranked it), Directly on the Beach with Walkway to beach. A couple minor issues with Cleaning when we first checked in, but these were quickly corrected.

Winter escape

This property was wonderful and everything we thought it would be! The heated pool was perfect for the kids and on chillier days! Beaches were so clean and the house bedrooms were perfect for each guest of all ages to be comfortable in their own space! Thanks for sharing this property with us!

What a great way to celebrate and the New Year!

We had a wonderful experience!! Our family had so much to enjoy: the beautiful beach, heated pool, spacious rooms, quaint shops and the most amazing thing was to have an elevator to take you to your floor. We all made such great memories together. We highly recommend this house and property manager if you're looking for a relaxing and hassle free vacation. Cheers!
