Loved the property. Very well equipped and loads of things to keep the kids amused which was lucky given the weather wasn’t great. We’ll located too with a very short walk to a fabulous beach and a 10min walk into the town.

Fantastic house and location

Spacious, clean house with all the facilities you need. Footsteps from the beach with charming hosts. The garden is totally secure with large bbq and games room. Thoroughly recommend.

Great family friendly house next to the beach

Our stay was fantastic. We stayed there with 15 persons (8 adults, 7 children from 1-13 years) for 2 weeks and nobody got killed by a family member, great success ;) The house has a comfy living room, great garden and chill lounge and enough space for many persons. Further there are a lot of toys and equipment for the children. In general, we didn't miss anything during our stay. The owners are friendly, respond quickly and it was clean. It is close to the beach, maybe 40m. If you want to spend some family time I highly recommend it. The area does not really have a lot of restaurants, clubs or supermarkets, but this shall not be the intention when booking this house. Best regards from Bochum, Germany

Une belle et grande maison toute équipée en bord de plage pour des moments entre amis ou en famille

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits : 6 adultes, 5 ados et 1 enfant pour fêter le Nouvel An.Logement très vaste tout équipé avec de grandes pièces à vivre mais qui permet aussi d’avoir son intimité dans les chambres (4 hors dortoir).Le dortoir situé à l’étage de l’aile droite a été particulièrement apprécié par les ados (tout comme la table de ping pong ds le garage) !La maison est à 10 mètres d’une très belle plage qui permet de longues et belles balades Isabelle pour l’accueil et Gilles le propriétaire sont très sympathiques et flexibles. Bref allez y les yeux fermés !

Grandiose Auszeit in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir haben mit zwei Paaren und zwei Hunden eine tolle Zeit im Haus von Gilles verbracht. Das Haus ist natürlich für nur 4 Personen wirklich groß, wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und den Platz genossen. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine komplette Südausrichtung, so dass wir den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen konnten. Das Allerbeste ist aber tatsächlich die unglaubliche Nähe zum Strand. Es sind wirklich nur 40 m und der wunderschöne Strand lädt zu vielen Spaziergängen ein. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen Austern –, Miesmuscheln und Crewettenautomatrn, an dem man sich jederzeit Nachschub holen kann. Also einfach perfekt!

Toller Aufenthalt in fabelhafter Unterkunft

Wir waren mit drei Familien (13 jugendliche und erwachene Personen) in diesem großzügigen Haus mit viel Platz in Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer, Garten und Terrasse. Haus liegt nur 100m vom Meer entfernt, toll für Spaziergänge und Fußball am Strand. Ruhigr kleiner nahe gelegener Ort mit Markt am Sonntag, kleinem Supermarkt, Restaurants und Cafe/Bar. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter. Besonders toll: Austern am Strand sammeln und Austernautomat! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Great location, ideal for a relaxing family beach holiday

Lovely and quiet, ideally located to the beach and loads to amuse the children! We had a fantastic relaxing stay in Saint Germain Sur Mer, there were lovely restaurants nearby, friendly locals and peaceful beach. The house was fully equipped and there were plenty of toys and games to keep our 2 and 5 year old entertained. The children loved playing in the outdoor playhouse, bikes/ride on toys and bouncy castle! It was very thoughtful and kind of the owners to leave so many toys for the children to play with and it made an enjoyable holiday for us all. We’d recommend and would love to return for another holiday in the near future.

Superbe maison avec un grand jardin sans vis à vis, équipement approprié pour une très grande famille ( 5 couples et 5 jeunes enfants) . Des jeux pour enfants sont à disposition et un grand nombre de transat pour les adultes. En plus nous avons eu une météo géniale. La proximité de la mer est un atout surtout avec de enfants en bas âges.La procédure d'arrivée et de départ a été très facile avec une personne très sympathique. Aucune ombre à ce beau tableau

Perfekter Sommerurlaub für viele Personen

Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, sehr familiär in sehr ruhiger Lage. Ideal für Urlaub mit der Großfamilie, sozusagen direkt am Strand. Touristische Ziele des Cotentin alle in ca 60 min erreichbar, Mt. St. Michel 1,5 Stunden. Wunderschöne Küstenwanderwege und die nötigsten Geschäfte sogar in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Communication très agréable avec le propriétaire, maison aménagée avec soin, très familiale dans un endroit très calme. Idéal pour des vacances en famille nombreuse, pour ainsi dire directement sur la plage. Destinations touristiques du Cotentin toutes accessibles en 60 min environ, Mt. St. Michel 1,5 heure. De magnifiques sentiers de randonnée côtière et les commerces de première nécessité sont même à 10 minutes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
